And we’ll also enjoy daily Vinyasa yoga sessions that offer much more than just flexibility—they will be an integral part of enhancing our climbing techniques. • From the highest peak of Istria to the smallest town in the world! The day starts with a longer yoga session before having an extended breakfast. This is the only rest day, but we’ll still “climb” a mountain, the highest peak in Istria with a vertical gain of 500 m (1,640 ft) to catch amazing views into the mountains and over the Adriatic Sea. From there, after a short drive, we are going to arrive in Hum, a very old and the smallest town in the world. Once again, we’ll be treated to a terrific dinner, serving local Istrian truffles! In the evening, we can put on a climbing movie on the big screen.

  • After a 75-minute morning yoga class and breakfast, we’ll head to our final climbing spot of the trip—so make the most of it. In the evening, we’ll gather for a barbecue and our final dinner together, reflecting on the retreat around the campfire. Before turning in, we’ll do one last video analysis and a short recap of the week on the big screen—a moment to learn more about your climbing and celebrate how far you’ve come.
