Chamonix & Mont Blanc: Women-Only Hiking Tour
Summer softens the Alps in the most beautiful way, offering lush valleys, quiet days, and trails you’ll remember long after you’ve left. At the crossroads of France, Italy, and Switzerland, these mountains become the perfect backdrop for an 8-day, women-only journey.
With so many beautiful trails in the Alps, it’s easy to feel spoiled for choice—so your local guides have already chosen the ones truly worth your time. It makes the hiking itself feel even better, especially when you’re exploring with like-minded women, carrying only a light daypack, and staying at a 4-star hotel. This is an experience created to inspire, uplift, and connect.
A place to wander, a place to be this summer
All week long, a local pro guide will lead us through some of the loveliest corners of the Mont Blanc region—quiet paths, inspiring viewpoints, and those unforgettable experiences that make you feel like you’re truly in the heart of the Alps.
Between the fresh mountain air, the hearty Alpine food, and the easygoing atmosphere in the valley, the days here feel both energizing and deeply calming.
With an all-women group, the experience feels naturally supportive without trying too hard. We cheer each other on, swap stories during breaks, and settle into a rhythm that works for everyone. If you’re travelling solo, you won’t stay “solo” for long—you’ll feel part of the group before the first day is over.

Dreamy mix of Alpine classics
In eight unforgettable days, we’ll hop between the Alps’ standout locations—historic towns, famous viewpoints, peaceful valleys, and a few hidden gems along the way. Our guide knows exactly when to visit the highlights to avoid the rush and where to find those calmer corners. It’s the ultimate Alpine sampler, done the right way.
COURMAYEUR
On the Italian side of Mont Blanc, Courmayeur blends Alpine charm with unmistakable Italian flair. Think cobblestone streets, irresistible food, stylish cafés, and dramatic mountain scenery. It’s a town that feels both elegant and relaxed—a perfect base for big views and even bigger bowls of pasta.
LAC BLANC
Lac Blanc is a classic for good reason—its still waters perfectly mirror the Mont Blanc massif on clear days. The trail up is scenic, but the payoff at the lake is pure magic: tranquillity, impressive peaks, and that “this can’t be real” moment everyone remembers. It’s the postcard image of Chamonix brought to life.
MER DE GLACE
Mer de Glace is France’s most iconic glacier, and seeing it up close feels like stepping into another world. The ice, the crevasses, the history—it all comes together in a place that’s both humbling and unforgettable. It’s a rare chance to literally walk on a moving river of ice.
CHAMONIX
Chamonix is the beating heart of the French Alps—lively, charming, and filled with that unmistakable “mountain town” buzz. Cafés spill onto the streets, guides mingle with hikers, and the Mont Blanc massif towers over it all. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a day outdoors, with a mix of comfort, culture, and adventure energy.
VAL FERRET
Val Ferret is the peaceful, wide-open valley you imagine when you think “Alps.” Surrounded by glaciers and towering peaks, it offers long, gentle paths and endless places to pause and take in the scenery. It’s one of those spots where you feel tiny—and completely at peace.
AIGUILLE DU MIDI
Reaching the Aiguille du Midi is like being transported straight into the high Alps—no mountaineering skills required. A cable car whisks you to 3,842 metres for views that feel almost unreal, with glaciers, sharp peaks, and Italy just a stone’s throw away. It’s one of the most impressive panoramas you can experience without a harness.
AIGUILLETTE DES POSETTES
This viewpoint feels like a front-row seat to the Mont Blanc range. The trail climbs gently through forests and meadows before opening onto a long, airy ridge with jaw-dropping panoramas in every direction. It’s a rewarding hike that instantly shows you why this region is so special.
EMOSSON DAM
Straddling the Swiss border, the Emosson Dam combines dramatic mountain scenery with a touch of engineering marvel. Trails around the reservoir lead to sweeping viewpoints, turquoise water, and unique perspectives of the Mont Blanc range. It’s a quieter corner of the Alps with a wonderfully different feel.
A surreal experience awaits
The kind of adventure that lasts
MOUNTAIN DAYS, WOMEN’S WAYS
This is a women-only journey, and that’s exactly what makes it so special. There’s an easy camaraderie that forms on the trail—shared laughs, shared snacks, shared “wow” moments—and suddenly you’re ending the day together in a cosy Alpine town, maybe even sipping an Aperol spritz with Mont Blanc in view. Whether you come solo or with a friend, you’ll feel welcomed from the very first step.
We keep the atmosphere light, friendly, and supportive, with women of all ages joining for the same reason: to enjoy the mountains, unwind, and try something a little different. One day you’re conquering a viewpoint, the next you’re strolling back into Chamonix for a warm meal and a well-earned toast. By the end of the week, you’ll have new memories, new confidence, and almost certainly a few new friends.
SEAMLESS WEEK IN THE ALPS
Everything on this women-only adventure is designed to feel effortless. We’ll meet you in Geneva and bring you straight to a 4-star Chamonix hotel with wellness facilities and the coziest rooms—our home base for the week. With an expert local woman guide leading the way, you can simply enjoy the mountains without worrying about the details.
Meals, transfers, lift passes, and even glacier-walking gear are all taken care of, so your days unfold easily. You’ll enjoy hotel breakfasts, picnic lunches, and a welcome dinner to kick things off. It’s a thoughtfully crafted itinerary that lets you relax, explore, and soak up the best of the Alps.
FLAVOURS OF THREE COUNTRIES
One of the joys of travelling through France, Italy, and Switzerland is discovering the flavours that make each place feel alive. Think strong espressos before a hike, flaky pastries in the mornings, cosy mountain dishes after a big day out, and maybe an Alpenglow cocktail or local wine as the sun dips behind the peaks. Your guide will happily point you toward their favourite cafés, bakeries, and Alpine classics along the way.
Food becomes part of the rhythm of the trip—little stops, shared tastes, and moments that ground you in the mountain way of life. Whether it’s a simple snack picked up in a village or a hearty plate in a local spot, you’ll get to experience the Alps not just through the views, but through its comforting, delicious traditions.
A trip that truly delivers
When it comes to choosing a trip, nothing speaks louder than the experiences of the women who’ve already been. Our guests consistently tell us that this journey delivers—on the scenery, the pacing, the organization, and most importantly, the feeling of being part of something special. As Natalia W. put it, “A fantastic adventure, level of service was top notch. I would do this again and highly recommend.”
But what really sets this trip apart is the group you share it with— and Barbara B. summed it up beautifully: “I feel very fortunate to have participated in this adventure with such a great group of women traversing breathtaking vistas and challenging myself physically and mentally.” Those shared views and conversations are what turn a good trip into a great one.

Meet your guides
Our guides are local experts who know these mountains the way most people know their own neighbourhoods. They’ve spent years exploring the trails, seasons, and hidden corners of the Mont Blanc region—and they bring that depth of knowledge to every step of the journey. Led by passionate women guides, this trip is shaped by people who understand not only the terrain, but the comfort, confidence, and ease that an all-women group thrives on.
One of those guides is Marta. After discovering the mountains in the Pyrenees, she fell in love with the outdoors and never looked back. Her travels eventually brought her to Chamonix—a place she quickly decided was the best she’d ever experienced—and it’s been her home ever since. Marta leads groups year-round, and while she enjoys every season, she’ll tell you there’s something especially meaningful about guiding all-women adventures.
