The All-Women Annapurna Circuit trek is strenuous and challenging. Recent hiking and/or backpacking experience is highly recommended, as is excellent physical condition—you’ll be hiking for 2 weeks, 3-9 hours per day. During your trekking days, there will be some steeper and more challenging ascents along the way. There will be less arduous days reserved for acclimatization and rest. (Please note: hiking times in the itinerary are estimations; the actual hiking can take more or less time than noted.)
You will need to prepare for a cardio workout and consult with your doctor before joining the trip given the high altitude reaching up to almost 6,000 m / 20,000 ft. You will be required to familiarize yourself with the hazards and risks of high-altitude trekking, and sign a liability waiver and terms & conditions forms. However, this is a supported trek; hence, you only carry a daypack with your essentials (porters are hired to carry your belongings). You will be staying in tea houses each night.
