Itinerary

Some trips take you places—this one brings you back to yourself. On California’s wild Lost Coast, we’ll hike remote trails, breathe deep in oceanfront yoga flows, and sleep under a sky so big it’ll shift our perspective. This retreat is about moving with power and resting with purpose, surrounded by a crew of women and non-binary adventurers who know what’s important. The waves remind us to keep going, the land reminds us to slow down, and together, we’ll find balance in every step, stretch, and shared moment. Pack your strength. Bring your softness. Let’s unite.

  • We’ll meet at 1pm at the Black Sands Beach parking lot, where the wild Pacific meets the Lost Coast’s untamed beauty. After a welcome circle and wilderness orientation, we’ll take a scenic shuttle to Mattole Campground, settling into the rhythm of the land. As the sun dips, we’ll open our retreat with a grounding ceremony, setting intentions for the days ahead.
