Spending a week away from your everyday routine is always a dream—but why not make it epic? Come join our 6-day Zion & Bryce Canyon camping & glamping adventure, where we’ll take you to these national parks’ highlights and best-ofs! Everything is included from the moment you land at Salt Lake City Airport—we’ll pick you up, and then you can turn on your “carefree” mode and let us handle the logistics, food, camping, park entries, and everything else. Hiking, canyoneering, and glamping are on the menu, among many other things, so prepare for an unforgettable adventure.

  • Your guides will meet you at Salt Lake City Airport at around 11am, where you’ll jump in the van, meet your guides, and fellow travelers. It’s also possible to pick you up from your accommodation in Salt Lake City if you’re already there. After a quick stop in town for lunch, we’ll review the week’s itinerary before making the quick 4-hour transfer to Bryce Canyon. Upon arrival, get set up with your first night of camping right in or near the national park! Enjoy a camp-cooked meal by the fire.

  • Enjoy a quick breakfast, before heading over to Bryce Canyon National Park, the place where redrock and the forest meet. We’ll hike amongst the Queen herself-—one of the few named Hoodoo within the park. This hike is challenging, but we’ll be rewarded with amazing views of the red rock hoodoos, feeling fully immersed in the landscape. After lunch, we’ll enjoy a few short hikes to epic views with a never ending horizon. We will end the night with smores near the campfire as we enjoy another night beneath the stars.

  • This morning, we will pack up camp! Should time permit, we’ll hike one final hike in Bryce Canyon National Park before being transferred to your next destination. In the afternoon, we’ll make our way to Zion National Park for a quick hike to Scout’s Overlook—an epic site offering amazing views overlooking the canyon. Keep your eyes peeled for California Condors, the largest North American Bird, who are often seen nesting nearby! In the evening, let’s get settled into our first night of glamping.

  • Alarm clocks will be ringing early this morning as we wake up before the sun to head straight out into Zion—originally named Mukuntuweap (paiute, for straight canyon). You’ll gain a full understanding of this as we begin the Narrows Bottom Up Hike*, walking through the Virgin River. After lunch, we’ll take a series of short hikes along different trails to see a selection of these incredible formations including the Emerald Pools: a desert oasis. Our hikes are set against a constant backdrop of bright red rock, and lush green plant life against the deep blue sky—an iconic southwestern sight.

    *Narrows Hike is tentatively scheduled per weather. If the hike is closed, an alternative route will be selected.

  • We’ll spend the day on a classic Utah adventure, canyoneering! We’ll be traversing through slot canyons, rappelling , down-climbing, stemming, and in some cases wading or swimming! This activity is suitable for most with hiking experience and is considered a beginner-friendly course. The afternoon will be spent at leisure, should time permit, spend some time at the pool, or on a sunset hike. Enjoy the final evening on our last night together with a farewell dinner.

  • After our final breakfast, pack up and we’ll transfer you back to Salt Lake City Airport. Make sure to book a flight after 4:30pm, as we’ll aim to arrive by 2:30pm. We can also drop you off at your accommodation in SLC if you’d prefer that.

  • This Zion & Bryce Canyon camping & glamping adventure is ideal for moderately experienced participants with a good fitness level. Prepare for 6-8 hours of hiking each day, navigating varied terrain and moderate elevation changes through the awe-inspiring landscapes of Zion and Bryce. Keep in mind that you’ll be carrying your daypacks with you (luggage will be transferred).

  • A tent, sleeping pad, and group camping equipment will be provided by your guiding service for this Yellowstone hiking tour. Please bring the items listed below.

    One small suitcase per person can be left in the vehicle. Dress comfortably and for the weather in clothes you can move in. We suggest bringing clothing appropriate for the season. Layers are best and don’t wear jeans.

  • The best times of year to hike in the deserts of Utah are during early Spring from late February to May, and the fall months of September through to early November. The summer months can be oppressively hot and not ideal for hiking. Daytime temperatures in spring and fall are usually from 60° to 80°F (16°-27°C) and nights are cool. In the early fall, you should be prepared for the odd afternoon thunderstorm.

  • Group sizes and pricing

      • For Zion & Bryce Canyon camping & glamping adventure, the usual client-to-guide ratio is 5:1.
      • It takes a minimum of 6 people for this tour to operate. The maximum group size is set at 9 participants.
      • This adventure is more than welcoming to solo travelers! This trip is designed to foster group bonding and the guides are pros at making sure everyone feels welcomed. Any given trip is usually a healthy mix of solo travelers, friends, and couples.

    Zion & Bryce Canyon camping & glamping adventures can be arranged for larger groups. Contact us to make arrangements.

    Min. age requirements

      • If you are older than 18, you’re good to go.
      • Minors younger than 18 can join the Zion & Bryce Canyon camping & glamping adventure if it’s a private tour only. Minors younger than 18 are not allowed to join group tours due to legal restrictions.

    If your group has hikers under the age of 18, contact us prior to booking to make arrangements.

  • The starting point of your Zion & Bryce Canyon camping & glamping adventure is Salt Lake City. To get there, fly into Salt Lake City Airport (SLC), which is where your guides will come pick you up. Please book a flight that arrives by 10am, as your guides will meet you at the airport at 11am.

    Alternatively, you can be collected at your accommodation in Salt Lake City at 10am if you’re already in town.

    After a quick stop in town for lunch, you’ll review the week’s itinerary before making the quick 4-hour transfer to Bryce Canyon.
