You will need to be able to bike between four and six hours for 5 consecutive days, crossing up to 30 miles (50 km) each day, with up to 2,700 m (8,860 ft) of elevation gain. Over 5 days, expect to cover 241 km (150 mi), with 11,070 m (36,300 ft) of elevation gain and 11,600 m (38,100 ft) of elevation loss. Keep in mind that there will be technical sections and occasional exposed trails. You should be an active person and exercise three days a week for at least 30 minutes. In just five intense days, you’ll ride through three countries, tackle serious elevation, and experience the scale of the high mountains from the saddle. Day 1: Verbier to Pays du St-Bernard

We meet at 8:30 am at Parking de l’Ermitage in Verbier city center. Today we ride from Verbier toward the Pays du St-Bernard region. The route features rolling, twisting trails with a mix of climbs and long descents, well suited to e-bikes and offering varied riding throughout the day. The terrain allows us to experience sustained uphill efforts followed by extended downhill sections. In the evening, we stay in a traditional hotel in the Aosta Valley.

Day 2: Pays du St-Bernard to Rifugio Mont Fallère

We continue riding through the Aosta Valley, following alpine trails and mountain routes that offer varied terrain and wide views. The day focuses on steady riding through high mountain landscapes, connecting valleys and ridgelines before returning to Rifugio Mont Fallère for the night.

Day 3: Rifugio Mont Fallère to La Thuile

After a morning espresso, we set out across the Aosta Valley, riding along both sides of the mountains with continuous views of the Mont Blanc massif. The day features a high concentration of flow trails, linking turns smoothly and emphasizing rhythm and consistency. We finish the day in La Thuile.

Day 4: La Thuile to Cormet de Roselend

Leaving La Thuile, we enter a remote valley and climb gradually toward a high mountain pass at 2,600 meters. The Mont Blanc massif remains in view throughout the ascent. From the pass, a more technical descent leads into Val Veny, a key section of the Tour du Mont-Blanc route. We cross into France and end the day near Cormet de Roselend.
