The hiking and sailing adventure in Sardinia requires excellent physical fitness. The hiking trail you’ll be trekking—Selvaggio Blu—is known as one of the most challenging trails in Europe. You should have solid hiking experience and you should be able tor comfortably walk 6-7 hours a day and handle elevation gains of 700-800 m (2,296-2,624 ft) with ease.
There will also be sections that involve climbing, via ferrata, and the use of climbing equipment, but prior climbing experience is not necessary. The skipper and mountain guide will teach you everything you need to know to sail the boat and take your first steps on the journey. However, to fully enjoy this adventure, some prior experience and a love for adrenaline are essential.
