We’re a group of American mountain bikers that were looking to go on our first international trip. I initiated the coordination with the owner Auden. Due to the pandemic our trip got postponed so for two years and roughly 90 email exchanges his communication was excellent! He answered every question a concerned first time traveler would have and provided very thorough information a trip of this caliber would require. We had 8 people in our group and it was our first guided trip ever. Audun eased our worries and assured us that he had everything taken care of once we got there. He was right and gained our trust immediately. Audun and his wonderful crew helped us with several unplanned events that occurred and never said no to any questions we had. He went over and beyond to make sure our experience was great and that was mirrored in his tour guides, transportation drivers, and lodging colleagues. Norway had phenomenal riding and our experience for 6 days with locals was incredible. The hospitality and overall effort to make sure we had the time of our lives was achieved. Amazing memories were made and has us wanting to do another with Urort : ) Highly recommended, 6 out of 5 stars!!!!
