The adventure, day by day

This 6-day luxury MTB Haute Route from Mont Blanc to Verbier is all about riding the best of the Alps without the usual grind. With e-MTBs smoothing out the climbs, we focus on what really matters: high-alpine singletrack, long descents, and iconic terrain linking France, Italy, and Switzerland. Each day flows seamlessly into the next with dialed logistics, luggage transfers, and carefully chosen stays, so we stay in the riding mindset from start to finish. Add in great food, expert guiding, and a route that skips the filler and keeps the highlights, and we’ve got a Haute Route that actually feels like a holiday.

Day 1: Arrival in Courmayeur
Courmayeur welcome

Today, you will arrive in Courmayeur, nestled beneath the south face of Mont Blanc. As the road climbs toward the mountains, the pace of life slows down. Once we’re there, we’ll check in, and maybe take a short walk. The dinner is relaxed, the group is small, and tomorrow, the journey begins.

Meals: Dinner
Accommodation: 4-star hotel

Day 2: Ride with a view of Mont Blanc
Biking alongside a lake in the Alps

The first ride is gentle. We get to know our e-bikes, the terrain, and the group. We’ll explore the trails and balcony roads around Courmayeur, stopping often, because the views of Mont Blanc are too good to rush past. Then we’ll ride through alpine villages, across flower-filled meadows, and under glacier-carved cliffs. This is a day to settle in, move our legs, and start seeing things differently. Later on, we’ll return to Courmayeur and have a nice dinner together.

Meals: Breakfast, dinner
Accommodation: 4-star hotel

Day 3: Mont Blanc to Aosta
Biker filling up with water in the Alps

Today, we begin our crossing. From Courmayeur, the trail leads into the heart of the Aosta Valley. We’ll flow through larch forests, ride past stone houses and hidden chapels, and follow ancient mule tracks. As we descend toward Aosta, the scenery opens up: vineyards, castles on hilltops, and the Dora Baltea river in the distance. We’ll arrive in Aosta in the afternoon. There’s time to explore the streets, sip a glass of local wine, and maybe enjoy a dinner (at your own cost).

Meals: Breakfast, dinner
Accommodation: 4-star hotel

Day 4: Crossing into Switzerland
Bikers near a meadow in the Alps

The landscape shifts and the mountains close in as we climb through a high alpine valley toward the legendary St. Bernard Pass, following panoramic trails that weave between ridges and pastures. At the top, we cross into Switzerland and roll into a new rhythm, with a gentle descent leading us toward Verbier. We wrap up the day with a well-earned dinner and a comfortable stay in a beautiful hotel.

Meals: Breakfast, dinner
Accommodation: 4-star hotel

Day 5: Verbier ride and return to Aosta
Happy e-bikers in the Alps

We spend the morning riding Verbier’s trails, flowing through open terrain above the Val de Bagnes with big alpine views all around. It’s a relaxed final loop, soaking in the last of the riding in one of the Alps’ most iconic bike spots. In the afternoon, we transfer back to Aosta, check into the hotel, and wrap things up with a laid-back Italian dinner and one last evening together.

Meals: Breakfast, dinner
Accommodation: 4-star hotel

Day 6: Departure
Alpine breakfast

After breakfast, it’s time to leave. The bikes are gone, but the stories and experiences remain.
