Most days offer two route options, with two guides leading separate groups: one for a shorter ride and one for a longer adventure. What do I need to bring?

You can also add rental bike insurance at checkout as well, but note that the insurance does not apply if the damage is caused by gross negligence. Premium hybrid bikes feature a lightweight aluminum frame, responsive hand brakes, 7+ gears, adjustable gel saddle, flat pedals, frame lock, and puncture-resistant tires—everything needed for smooth, worry-free riding. Premium e-bikes offer the same comfort, with a 400 Wh battery and three assistance levels—opt for these if you’d like a little extra boost. Can I bring my own bike?

Yes, you can bring your own bike. If you plan to do so, please check with us well in advance of your trip to confirm there’s enough space or facilities onboard. You can, but just let us know well before the departure date so we can ensure there’s enough space for it onboard. Parking your bicycle on board costs €10 per week . For e-bikes, the fee is €25 per week , which covers both parking and battery charging. For safety reasons, e-bike batteries cannot always be charged in guest cabins. The crew will let you know where on board charging is permitted. Please note that neither the crew nor the guides can accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of personal bikes, e-bikes, or accessories.

Can non-cyclists join the tour?

Yes, they can! If you’ve got friends or family who are non-cyclists, they’re welcome to join. Keep in mind that the majority of the daily program revolves around the cycling itinerary, but the passengers staying on board can enjoy the boat crossing while the cyclists are on land, or if the boat remains in harbor, the guests are able to explore the town on foot. The price for non-cyclists remains the same, as they occupy the same cabin space on board as cyclists.

We’ll stay aboard the Magnifique X, an all-suite vessel designed for just 32 guests, offering a quiet, luxurious alternative to mainstream river cruising. We will sail along peaceful, lesser-known waterways, combining serene design, intimate atmosphere, and exceptional personal service for a truly relaxed and indulgent journey.

The upper deck lounge is the perfect spot to unwind—grab a drink at the bar, relax in the outdoor jacuzzi, or sink into a lounge chair as the scenery drifts by. Below deck, the cozy restaurant brings everyone together around shared tables for leisurely breakfasts and chef-prepared dinners. With a boutique-hotel ambiance and a high crew-to-guest ratio, life aboard is all about comfort delivered with ease, intention, and genuinely attentive service.

Special dietary requirements can be accommodated. Vegetarian and pescatarian diets are free of charge. Gluten-free and dairy-free diets have an additional charge—you can add a special diet to your booking at checkout. Vegan diets cannot be accommodated.

Cabin suites

Each of the 16 suites is a serene riverside escape, designed with comfort and simplicity in mind. You’ll find spacious twin beds set together (200 x 160 cm / 78 x 62 inches), adjustable air-conditioning, a mini safe for your belongings, and a TV for downtime between adventures. Whether you’re winding down after a day of cycling or just enjoying the views, your suite offers the perfect place to relax and recharge.

- Upper-deck suites (19 m² / 204 ft²) — With floor-to-ceiling French balconies that open to the fresh river breeze, these suites offer extra space and a seamless indoor-outdoor feel. Each includes a private bathroom with walk-in shower, a cozy lounge area, coffee machine, and minibar.
- Junior suites (lower deck, 14 m² / 150 ft²) — These well-appointed suites offer panoramic windows at the waterline, a comfy seating area, private bathroom with walk-in shower, and carefully selected amenities—your perfect cocoon to unwind after a day of exploring.

The first and the last night will be spent at stylish 4-star hotels, one night in Amsterdam, the other in Paris.

The Hoxton Lloyd Amsterdam is a stylish 4-star hotel set in a beautifully restored waterfront building with a rich history. Just outside the city center, it offers cozy rooms, easy public transport access, and a lively local vibe.

Hôtel des Grands Voyageurs is a refined 4-star boutique stay near Saint-Germain-des-Prés. With elegant rooms, warm service, and a prime location near cafés, museums, and shops, it’s a perfect launchpad for exploring Paris at your own pace.

This Amsterdam–Paris tour is perfect for beginners—just a basic level of fitness is all you need. E-bikes are available to make the ride even easier, and if you ever feel like taking a break, you’re welcome to stay onboard and enjoy the cruise to the next stop.

Most days offer two route options, with two guides leading separate groups: one for a shorter ride and one for a longer adventure. Distances range from 20 to 62 km (13–38 mi) per day, on mostly flat terrain. Check out the itinerary for day-by-day distances.

Yes, you can! To make your journey hassle-free, your guides offer premium hybrid bike or e-bike rental—you can add it to your booking at checkout. You can also add rental bike insurance at checkout as well, but note that the insurance does not apply if the damage is caused by gross negligence.
- - Premium hybrid bikes feature a lightweight aluminum frame, responsive hand brakes, 7+ gears, adjustable gel saddle, flat pedals, frame lock, and puncture-resistant tires—everything needed for smooth, worry-free riding.
  - Premium e-bikes offer the same comfort, with a 400 Wh battery and three assistance levels—opt for these if you’d like a little extra boost.
Helmets are included in the price of the tour, as well as a waterproof pannier bag & a biodegradable water bottle—but feel free to bring your own.

Children’s bikes, tandems, family tandems (child & adult), tag-along, trailers to carry toddlers, and child seats are available on request.
Yes, you can bring your own bike. If you plan to do so, please check with us well in advance of your trip to confirm there’s enough space or facilities onboard.

You can, but just let us know well before the departure date so we can ensure there’s enough space for it onboard.

Parking your bicycle on board costs €10 per week. For e-bikes, the fee is €25 per week, which covers both parking and battery charging. For safety reasons, e-bike batteries cannot always be charged in guest cabins. The crew will let you know where on board charging is permitted.

Please note that neither the crew nor the guides can accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of personal bikes, e-bikes, or accessories.
Yes, they can! If you’ve got friends or family who are non-cyclists, they’re welcome to join.

Keep in mind that the majority of the daily program revolves around the cycling itinerary, but the passengers staying on board can enjoy the boat crossing while the cyclists are on land, or if the boat remains in harbor, the guests are able to explore the town on foot.

The price for non-cyclists remains the same, as they occupy the same cabin space on board as cyclists.
Group sizes and pricing
- - For this Amsterdam-Paris tour, there will be 3 guides on board. Normally, two guides will go out with their own group and one guide will be in a support vehicle.
  - The maximum group size is set at 32 participants.
  - If you’d like to join as a solo traveller, please note that the single occupancy cabin is mandatory. It’s not possible to join as a solo traveller and share a cabin with another guest.
Amsterdam-Paris tours can be arranged for larger groups. Contact us to make arrangements.

  - Minors younger than 18 may be permitted to join the Amsterdam-Paris tour on a case-by-case basis, but must be in the presence of a parent or legal guardian.

The price for this Amsterdam-Paris tour is based on twin-share cabins, but a single occupancy cabin can be arranged at an additional fee. You can add it to your booking at checkout.

Solo travelers are welcome to join, but securing a single occupancy room for themselves is mandatory—you’ll be able to add it to your booking at checkout. It’s not possible to join as a solo traveller and share a cabin with another guest.
The starting point of your Amsterdam-Paris tour is either Amsterdam or Paris—the tour runs in both directions. The exact starting point depends on the date—check out both itineraries and see which date and departure point suit you best.

Airport transfers are included in the price of the tour, so all you need to do is either land in Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (AMS) if your departure point is Amsterdam or in Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) if your starting point is Paris. Upon arrival, a representative will greet you in the arrivals hall and transfer you to your hotel with a private minivan.

The first night isn’t spent on the ship, but in a hotel in Amsterdam/Paris. You will meet your fellow travellers in the afternoon in the hotel lobby.

Deposits

Secure your spot with a 30% deposit upon booking! The remaining 70% of the trip price must be paid 90 days prior to departure at the latest. If booking within 90 days of departure, the full amount is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations

Booking fees are non-refundable after a 48-hour grace period. During checkout, however, you can choose one of 57hours’ flexibility options—Basic, Flexible, or Super Flexible. Depending on which one you choose, a different cancellation policy will apply to your booking.

- - If cancelled within 48 hours of booking, a full refund will be issued.
  - If cancelled 90 or more days before departure, a 70% refund of the total trip price will be issued.
  - If cancelled within 89 days of departure, no refund will be issued.
Flexible
- - If cancelled within 48 hours of booking, a full refund will be issued.
  - If cancelled 90 or more days before departure, a full refund of the total trip price will be issued.
  - If cancelled 60-89 days before departure, a 50% refund of the total trip price will be issued.
  - If cancelled within 59 days of departure, no refund will be issued.
Super Flexible
- - If cancelled within 48 hours of booking, a full refund will be issued.
  - If cancelled 60 or more days before departure, a full refund of the total trip price will be issued.
  - If cancelled within 59 days of departure, a 50% refund of the total trip price will be issued.
