This Slovenia hiking & e-MTB adventure requires a moderate fitness level and some hiking and mountain biking experience. For the hikes, you should be comfortable walking for 6-7 hours per day in hilly areas. To enjoy the e-MTB part of this adventure, you should be able to bike for 5-6 hours per day on varied terrain.
The hikes on this adventure are moderately challenging, covering well-marked paths through woodlands, upland meadows, and hilltops up to nearly 1,700 m / 5,580 ft. You’ll walk uphill for several hours, with 600 to 1,000 m (1,970 to 3,280 ft) ascent, followed by a relatively level descent.
The bike routes are suitable for both novice and intermediate riders with moderate fitness levels. You’ll ride on a balanced mix of gravel and smooth asphalt with occasional steep uphill and downhill sections.
