E-Bike & Eat Like a Local: Agriturismo Adventure in Tuscany

If Tuscany were a five-course meal, this trip would be the perfect pairing. We’re posted up at La Concia, an organic agriturismo where everything is homegrown—food, wine, and even the adventure! Every morning, we’ll fuel up on farm-fresh goodness before hopping on e-bikes and rolling through Tuscany’s greatest hits. We’ll ride to Cala Violina’s crystal waters, cruise Castiglione della Pescaia’s medieval streets, go full Indiana Jones in Vetulonia’s Etruscan tombs, soak up Monte Argentario’s coastal drama, and spot wild boars in Maremma Park. And when the wheels stop spinning, the real reward begins—farm-to-table feasts so good they could make a grown cyclist weep. This isn’t just a vacation—it’s a love letter to adventure, written in dirt trails and olive oil.

Adventure highlights

  • E-biking through time
One minute, we’re in medieval Tuscany, the next, an ancient Etruscan village—history on two wheels

Because every great ride deserves a grand finale—sip local wines in a sun-drenched vineyard

Itinerary

E-bike agriturismo, Tuscany-style—because good food and great rides belong together. At La Concia, an organic farm tucked into the heart of Maremma, we’ll wake up to homemade breakfasts, then hop on e-bikes to explore the best of Tuscany. Each day, we ride a different route: Cala Violina’s dreamy beach, Monte Argentario’s coastal cliffs, Vetulonia’s ancient Etruscan tombs, and Castiglione della Pescaia’s medieval streets. Wild trails, rolling vineyards, and historic villages—every pedal stroke brings a new discovery. And after a full day of adventure? A feast straight from the farm, the way Italian food should be.

  • Welcome to Italy! On this e-bike adventure, we’ll settle into the rustic charm of La Concia agriturismo organic farm, our home base for this immersive Tuscan retreat, where each day brings a new adventure on two wheels. With expert guides leading the way, we’ll choose our e-bike route based on the group’s preferences, fitness level, and weather conditions, ensuring the perfect balance of challenge and discovery.

One day, we might ride through wooded hills to the crystal-clear waters of Cala Violina, feeling the sea breeze as we reach Maremma’s most famous beach. Another, we could explore the medieval streets of Castiglione della Pescaia and follow scenic trails to the Monastery of San Guglielmo, steeped in history and legend. Maremma Park will take us into the wild, where rolling hills, pine forests, and coastal cliffs create a breathtaking backdrop, while Monte Argentario promises panoramic views of the Tuscan Archipelago and a visit to the ancient Spanish fortifications of Porto Ercole. If history calls, we’ll uncover the secrets of Vetulonia’s Etruscan tombs and archaeological wonders.

And for those who appreciate the flavors of Tuscany, a ride through sun-drenched vineyards will lead us to a wine tasting, where we’ll savor local vintages and traditional delicacies. Each day offers a new path, a new story, and a new way to experience the magic of Maremma. All e-bike tours will last approximately 4 to 5 hours per day.
