Rock climbing is all about using good movement technique rather than muscling up a cliff using brute strength, but you do need to be into outdoor adventures and sports in general. To ensure you have a fun day, your guide will choose routes that best suit your skill and fitness level. The tour is not recommended for people with a fear of heights.
For this Dolomites guided climbing adventure, you should at least have solid indoor climbing experience. You must be independent on top-rope belay and climbing on easy ground. Your guide will help you meet your individual objectives. Above all, your instructor’s number one priority is your safety. As long as you listen to the given instructions, you’ll succeed in completing your climb, whether the route is more suitable for beginners or more experienced climbers.

To get to Cortina d’Ampezzo, most people fly into Venice Marco Polo Airport , which is 2 hours away. From there, you can rent a car or take a shuttle service.
Your Dolomites rock climbing guide will suggest the best time and place to meet, usually at the Baita Bai de Dones restaurant in the morning. The guide will choose the appropriate terrain dependent on your or your group’s condition and ability level.
