Heli-skiing at Silvertip Lodge: Unlimited Vertical

At Silvertip Lodge in British Columbia’s Cariboo Mountains, 40,000 feet (12,200 m) of guaranteed vertical means we’re about to find out. For four days, we’ll trade chairlifts for a helicopter, head straight to the best powder, and lose count of our runs somewhere between the open powder bowls and perfectly spaced trees. We’ll lay fresh tracks again and again, until our legs remind us it’s time for hot tub soaks and chef-prepared dinners. Out here, the rest of the world feels very far away. Exactly as it should.

Incredible terrain! Friendly professional staff & the unlimited vertical blew my mind…and my quads ha! The lodge on the lake was gorgeous, & 5 star food, and the best dessert I’ve ever had. I’ve been to quite a few Heli outfits but Silver Tip is top of the list!

Everything about Silvertip Heli is top notch! Safety, accommodations, food and the Powder !! I’ve been to many BC remote heli lodges and Silvertip is my favorite. The glade and burnt forest skiing is second to none. Can’t wait to get back in 2025.

Silver Tip is tucked away in the Canadian wilderness by a stunning lake. The winter quietness is beautiful, the service and food are top notch, the skiing is next level (big, long runs, either open or tree covered). Going back, for sure!

What makes a great heli ski experience exceptional is not the terrain, the lodge and skiing, but the staff. Everyone across the board from the pilots , to the guides, to the kitchen staff….every single person working at Silvertip were a cut above.

Incredible once in a lifetime experience. Highly recommend for anyone that loves deep powder skiing or snowboarding! The staff and food/beverages were fantastic as well! Going back again this year.

Absolutely perfect on all fronts. Warm and friendly staff, amazing food, clean and cozy rooms and an exceptional spa. Also – best skiing of my life, just thought I’d sprinkle that in. My guide Dale was excellent!
