Michelle was the perfect tour guide for our family. She was kind and patient with the members of our family ranging from 12 to 70. Michelle was very willing and attempted to please our many requests which she did with a smile. She even brought a cake for a surprise Birthday party. Michelle enthusiastically detailed the life of the park and many fascinating facts and fun spots to visit and hike. The hikes were age appropriate in terms of accessible yet fun with views and wildlife. We were able to do and see all we did because of Michelle and her professionalism as a tour guide. She fit in like one of the family.

Jarrod
Jarrod grew up on the coast of southeastern Massachusetts, exploring rocky shores and skipping stones across the bay. After years in the Northeast’s hospitality and tourism industry, he downsized his life, moved into an RV, and headed west in search of adventure. While working in Yellowstone National Park, he fell in love with hiking, backpacking, and the solitude of remote wilderness. Seven years on the road eventually led him to Utah’s Wasatch and Uinta Mountains, where he now divides his time between alpine trails and the desert landscapes of the Southwest. Yellowstone remains his first love, and he’s always eager to share his passion for nature and the national parks with others.

Jeanelle grew up on a small island in Washington State, where her love for nature, adventure, and different cultures took root early. She began traveling internationally at age six and later studied psychology, outdoor management, and wilderness medicine—paving the way for a career leading expeditions worldwide. She has explored over 50 countries and lived in New Zealand, Peru, and Australia, as well as in several U.S. national parks, including Mt. Rainier, Olympic, and the Grand Canyon. Now based on the Colorado Plateau, she feels deeply connected to its desert landscapes. When not guiding, she enjoys rafting, photography, cooking, climbing, and anything involving mountains.

Though deeply connected to the ocean, she always felt drawn to the Rocky Mountains. With her wide scientific experience, Jennifer is excited to share her knowledge, passion for conservation, and love of the outdoors.

My friend and I did a full day small group tour of Yellowstone NP. Our guide, Jarrod, was awesome! He reached out the day before to make sure everything was seamless and was very knowledgeable on the park!! He took us to some of the best spots and made the day flexible depending on what we wanted to do and see. Not only did we have some great views and wildlife encounters, but we also learned about the park from Jarrod. This tour was money well spent and we would do it again in a heartbeat!
