The adventure, day by day

Choose this option if you'd like to stay at 3-star accommodations. The itinerary remains the same as with the 4-star option.

Let’s go on an all-encompassing multisport adventure in Croatia’s Omiš and Cetina river region, where every day promises a new way to experience this stunning landscape. Across 7 days, we’ll dive into an exciting mix of outdoor activities—raft down the Cetina River’s thrilling rapids, zipline high above canyons, kayak to coastal beaches, and explore river-carved tunnels on a canyoning tour. Guided by experts, each activity is planned with safety and maximum enjoyment in mind, featuring top-quality gear and comfy accommodations. From rugged cliffs and turquoise waters to mouthwatering Dalmatian food, this trip has it all, capturing Croatia’s wild beauty like no other.

Day 1: Arrival and dinner
Aerial view of Omis

Your adventure begins in Split, where your guides will welcome you, drive you to Omiš, and help you settle in the pre-arranged accommodation. After checking into your accommodation, you’ll meet with everyone for a nice dinner.

Meals: Dinner
Accommodation: 3-star hotel or private accommodation

Day 2: Cetina river rafting
Lets go rafting

Today, we’ll embark on a rafting adventure where we’ll take on the rapids of the famous Cetina River. This 10 km (6.2 mi) rafting trail, which takes approximately 3 hours, is divided into three parts and is the perfect adventure for nature enthusiasts. During the first part, your guide will introduce you to the river’s diverse flora and fauna.

After a break in a tranquil part of the river, perfect for swimming and relaxing in the shade, we’ll continue down the second part of the trail, tackling thrilling rapids. At the “Tisne Stine” section, we’ll have the opportunity to swim and even jump from the cliffs into the water. The third part of the river offers calmer rapids, leading us to the famous picnic spot of Radman’s mills.

Meals: Breakfast, dinner
Rafting: 2-3 hours
Accommodation: 3-star hotel or private accommodation

Day 3: Cetina canyon
Jumping while abseiling in Cetina canyon

On Day 3, we’ll embark on a thrilling canyoning experience down the Cetina River. The river has carved out mystical shapes and formed a natural wonderland of waterfalls, lakes, underground tunnels, cliffs, and a stunning waterfall called Gubavica.

As we make our way down the canyon, the sound of the river grows louder, and we come upon many exciting opportunities for adrenaline-fueled fun such as swimming in natural pools, passing through underground tunnels, and touring waterfalls and rapids. Although a minimum level of fitness is required, prior experience is not necessary. Everyone will be required to wear life jackets and helmets at all times.

Meals: Breakfast, dinner
Canyoning tour: 3-4.5 hours, 2,300 m (7,546 ft)
Elevation: 73 m (240 ft)
Abseiling: 65 m (213 ft), 25 m (82 ft)
Accommodation: 3-star hotel or private accommodation

Day 4: Zipline over Cetina
View from the zipline

Today we’re going ziplining over the Cetina river! Before the descent, we’ll attend a training session to receive the equipment and learn the ropes. The guides will demonstrate how to properly use the zipline, and then it’s a scenic walk to the first cable, where one guide will lead the way, while the other attaches participants to the cable and offers instructions. Later on, we’re going back to Omiš.

Meals: Breakfast, dinner
Ziplining: 2-3 hours
Accommodation: 3-star hotel or private accommodation

Day 5: River and sea kayaking
Kayaking on a river with clear skies in the background

This day is reserved for relaxation and enjoyment. We’ll paddle out from Radmanove Mlinice in the morning and head west towards the Adriatic sea, where river Cetina and the sea unite. But the journey doesn’t end there! There’s also a sunken ship at a sea depth of just 3 m (10 ft), making it perfect for exploration. Plus, our finish is on a long stretch of sandy beach, which is just perfect for all beach activities or a cocktail or two at the nearest beach bars.

Meals: Breakfast, dinner
Sea/river kayaking: 2-3 hours, 7 km (4.35 miles)
Accommodation: 3-star hotel or private accommodation

Day 6: Hiking to Starigrad fortress in Omiš
Hiking on a fortress in Omis

On Day 6, we’ll go for an adventure through history while hiking to Starigrad fortress in Omiš. Despite the challenging climb to the top of the 262 m (860 ft) hill, the breathtaking views from the summit will make it all worth our while. The activity for the day will end with a return to our accommodation in the afternoon, where we can rest and relax.

Meals: Breakfast, dinner
Hiking: 2-3 hours
Elevation: 262 m (860 ft)
Accommodation: 3-star hotel or private accommodation

Day 7: Departure day

Damir
Head Guide
Damir has been guiding on the Cetina since 2003—which means he's been doing this longer than some of his clients have been alive. Born and raised in Omiš, he knows the river like the back of his hand. After 13 years in the Croatian Navy, he channeled all of that discipline and experience into something he loves: training the next generation of rafting and kayaking guides, and leading every multi-day adventure programme himself.
Ante

Ante
Kayaking & Canyoning Guide
Ante grew up on the banks of the Cetina—this river has been his backyard his whole life. With over 1,000 rafting tours under his belt and every rapid memorized by name, he knows this place better than most people know their own neighborhood. His energy is the kind that's hard not to catch, and it tends to set the tone for the whole week.

Rafting Guide
Petar is the person you want leading you into a canyon. A specialist in extreme canyoning, he's descended the Cetina hundreds of times—and somehow still finds something new to be excited about each time he does. That kind of enthusiasm is hard to fake, and with Petar, it's anything but.

Five of us went mad on a week in Croatia and guides looked after us amazingly. We had the best experiences. Their specialties are Rafting and Canyoning/Gorge Walking. They were efficient, helpful, and lovely. Eva was so efficient telling us where to be every day. White water rafting was excellent fun for the whole group, in fact we liked it so much we did it twice. Canyoning was physically demanding but great and a real sense of achievement – including the award for slowest group through the canyon this season, pride! The whole group loved our guide Toni – he’s an absolute star and his good humour and endless patience made it all even better.

Excellent staff, very friendly and accommodating. Activities were similarly fantastic. I can’t understand how my trip didn’t sell out!

The best solo trip I have done ..ever. The whole company is very professional and a pleasure to use.
Eva kept the whole week going smooth with updates, photos and info needed everyday. Tony is an amazing calm in any panic and absolutely amazing at what he does. He has a way of making everyone feel safe and comfortable no matter the language barrier. Mitch was like a walking god from GOT. I’ve never seen such good looking dude. Darmir the big boss man…what a dude. He went out of his way not only for me but others in the group. I will definitely be back. Omis is my home away from home now. I’ll be telling everyone I know to go omis and seek out malduk adventures. Thank you so so sooo much. Memories made to last a life time.
