Ante Romac, born and raised in Croatia, has been hiking since the age of 4. He’s an active member of the trail, volunteering and leading many hiking groups across the Balkans and the Dinaric Alps. He is the first Croat and man from the Balkans to walk the entirety of the White Trail of the Via Dinarica.

I always want to experience nature as it’s supposed to be, unmasked from man-made things. For me, hiking the Via Dinarica is all about getting back to what trails are supposed to be.
