One word: WoW!!!!

Exemplary organization, dream trails and landscapes, enchanting accommodation, tasty meals… A super dynamic team, always attentive, focusing on safety and offering constant technical support. The guides know how to adapt to everyone’s level. I did the Haute route des 3 pays (countries) and I was not disappointed by the technical level, challenges as I like them but well balanced, alternating with panoramic roads and walks through small villages. I’m already dreaming of a next adventure with E-Alps!! A big thank you to the whole team!!

Thank you for providing an amazing experience, great accommodations, well organized biking days and fantastic guides. Adrian, Vincent, Dylan, Alex and Karina were all amazing—providing tips, expertise, enthusiasm, amazing food, and great vibes. I would highly recommend E-Alps for a 5 Star experience in the mountains.

the Haute Route on mountain e-bikes with e-Alps is a “once in a life time” experience. I was impressed by the 5 * service. everything just worked ; the scenic & challenging bike trails, the lodging, the picnics, the rental mountain bikes… but especially the guides with their personalised tips & help with each & every participant. will definitely join again to try another route.

Amazing trip and experience.

  • You should be able to tackle all types of singletrack trails, do small jumps and descend on rocky and rooty technical sections. Controlling your bike on steep, flowing singletrack trails shouldn’t be a problem for you.

During these adventures, you will ride on slightly exposed trails from time to time. You should also be able to determine when to stop riding and walk through a difficult section. Though riding an e-bike will help you tremendously, riding will get difficult and require technical abilities.

Keep in mind that you will always have a guide by your side who will observe your technique and motivate you. If you feel unwell at any point during the day or no longer wish to ride, a support vehicle will happily take you to the evening’s accommodation to rest and recover.

  • All essential MTB equipment will be provided by your guide if you rent their e-mountain bike. If you wish to bring your own bike, here’s what you’ll need:

      • E-mountain bike
      • Bike-specific brake pads (x2 sets)
      • Everything you need for repairs if you use tubeless tyres
      • Tyre repair kit, inner tubes, and a small pump
      • Chain specific “quick link”
      • Additional derailleur hanger
      • Spare parts (if your bike contains unique parts)
      • Extra battery for the bike
      • The key for your e-bike
      • Battery charger

Here’s the list of personal clothes/items you’ll need:

      • Daypack with a waterproof cover (20L capacity)

      • Knee and elbow pads — optional
      • Neck gaiter and a sun hat
      • Hydration system (Camelback ideally)
      • Biking shorts (at least 2 pairs)
      • Long-sleeved base layers (merino wool ideal)
      • Short- and long-sleeved biking tops
