If you know us, then you know we’ve traveled the world in search of the best snow—but what you might not know is that we found it. It’s in British Columbia, Canada. Period. Not only does it have the low-density powder you see in ski movies, but it’s also the region with the highest probability of good ski conditions which is crucial for people traveling from far away to ski in BC. This is a trip for folks who love skiing and have the skills and fitness to hit the slopes day after day. We’ll mix together a couple of days of heli-skiing, the famed Whistler backcountry, and Journeyman Lodge-based ski touring. Warning: after this trip, you might find it hard to be happy skiing anywhere else in the world.

Croatia holds a special place in our hearts. It’s where our founders are from, where most of the 57hours team lives, and where our first investors summit was held. And though it’s a small country, Croatia offers a decent number of adventure opportunities—it’s where many of us had our first raw experiences in the outdoors. But we’re not selfish people, and we want to share “the land of a thousand islands” with all of you—and what better way to do that than by going on a bike & sail adventure with the best Croatian guide that we know? This week-long odyssey will have us mountain biking on some of the most beautiful islands in the Mediterranean, enjoying life on board a modern sailboat, and trying out ridiculously delicious food (and wine!). Forget about the Alps or South America—welcome to the alluring Adriatic so we can give you a taste of the Croatian way of life.

Ready to ski where only few have ventured before and take your shredding skills to (literally) new heights? Then you have to join us on this trip to the wild, raw, and rugged Central Alaska Range. We will have a true pro by our side—Joe Stock, AMGA/IFMGA Mountain Guide who’s been an Alaskaholic for more than a quarter of a decade, who’s made 75+ trips into the Central Alaska Range, and he just can’t get enough of it. We will stay at a base camp, allowing us to pitch our tents wherever we want to and ski straight out of the door. The snowpack is deep and often stable, the terrain possibilities are endless and the fresh, untouched snow is limitless. We promise you, this Alaska adventure will be one for the books.

You always remember your first ski trip to Japan. In 2019, as a family we went skiing in Niseko, the newcomers’ classic spot. To our surprise, and despite our considerable skiing background, skiing there felt unreal—it is the closest you can get to snow surfing! Ever since, we’ve been dreaming of going back, but this time, we wanted to have an even more authentic experience. As luck would have it, in the meantime, we became friends with Pawel Kunachowicz, who has guided skiing in Japan for 10 years and knows all the best secret spots to ski, eat, and relax. In 2013, Pawel met a New Zealand guide who lived in Hokkaido. They worked together for Pawel’s first five seasons in Japan. He would guide skiers from Europe and the USA all around the country and slowly became a local guide. Now, Pawel knows the area, its secret spots, mountain customs, and the conditions on the island. He helped us put this special adventure together, which is not even close to our commercial experience as novices in Niseko. Knowing that our bases are now well covered, one thing’s for sure: this is going to be a trip to remember!
