Vis is the outermost island from mainland Croatia. A Greek colony called Issa was established there 2,300 years ago. Due to its strategic location, it remained a military zone until 1995 and was off-limits to foreign tourists. Today, we have the opportunity to explore this beautiful island by bicycle. After our ride, the boat will take us to the island of Korčula, where we will spend the night in Vela Luka.
Distance: 20 miles / 32 km
-
Today, we explore the island of Korčula by bicycle, stopping for a lunch break at a local restaurant. Its tranquility, remoteness, lush vegetation, and cypress gardens have shaped what is likely the most beautiful Dalmatian island. Our cycling route takes us through the village of Blato—built on seven hills, much like Rome—along a scenic pass overlooking Pupnat Bay, and finally to Korčula town. There, we have time to stroll through the charming old town, known for its narrow, fishbone-like alleys. We spend the night in Korčula town.
Distance: 37.5 miles / 60 km
-
In the morning, our boat cruises to the island of Hvar while we enjoy breakfast. Before reaching the island’s capital, we have time for a refreshing swim from the boat and a relaxed lunch at anchor. Once on land, we can soak in the atmosphere of Hvar town’s magnificent Renaissance Square and admire the view of the Spanish Fortress perched high above the city. Our cycling route takes us from Hvar town to some of the island’s most breathtaking viewpoints, passing fragrant wild lavender fields on the way to Stari Grad. As the second-largest settlement on Hvar, Stari Grad is known for its sheltered harbor and beautiful stone facades. We spend the night here.
Distance: 12.5 miles / 20 km
-
In the morning, we cruise to the island of Brač, renowned for its radiant, precious limestone, which was used in part for the White House in Washington and the German Reichstag building in Berlin. Once on Brač, we begin our bike tour from Milna. Throughout the ride, we are rewarded with breathtaking views of the neighboring islands before descending to the harbor town of Postira. Here, we can enjoy a relaxing afternoon with time for a swim and a peaceful evening in this charming seaside village.
Distance: 18 miles / 30 km
-
During breakfast, our boat brings us to the city of Split. The old town, built around the famous palace of the Roman Emperor Diocletian, is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Today, we have the choice of either taking a bus transfer for an exciting rafting excursion through the Cetina Canyon (not included in the tour price) or exploring the beautiful Marjan Forest Park in Split by bike.
The rafting group will be picked up from the boat and taken to Omiš, where they will paddle downstream, gaining a unique perspective of the canyon’s stunning flora and fauna. After the adventure, they will return to the boat by bus. Meanwhile, cyclists will enjoy a short but scenic ride through the green heart of Split, with an extended swim break at a local beach. In the afternoon, we reunite to explore the vibrant city of Split together. We spend the night here.
Distance: 10 miles / 17 km
-
After crossing over to Rogač on the island of Šolta, we begin our final cycling tour. The roads are lined with walled fields, olive groves, locust bean, and fig trees, while the fragrant scent of rosemary accompanies us across the island. Our boat awaits us in Maslinica, and we enjoy the last crossing back to Trogir, where, if time allows, we can explore the old town, a UNESCO World Heritage site. In the evening, we follow a lovely tradition aboard our ship. While enjoying a communal dinner in a cozy atmosphere, you’ll have the chance to gather one last time with your crew and tour guides.
Distance: 12.5 miles / 20 km

After breakfast, it’s time to disembark the boat until 9am. If you need any recommendations, your guides can arrange further explorations of Croatia! Just let us know if you’d like to prolong your tour.
