Deposits

When booking a trip, you can either pay for it in full or reserve your spot with a 30% deposit. The remaining 70% of the trip price is to be paid 90 days prior to departure, at the latest.

Cancellations

After 48 hours, booking fees are non-refundable in all cases. You can choose one of 57hours’ flexibility options:

  • If canceled within 48 hours of booking, a full refund will be issued.
  • If canceled 90 or more days before departure, a 70% refund of the total trip price will be issued.
  • If canceled within 89 days of departure, no refund will be issued.
  • Booking fees are non-refundable after a 48 hours grace period.
Flexible
  • If canceled within 48 hours of booking, a full refund will be issued.
  • If canceled 90 or more days before departure, a full refund of the total trip price will be issued.
  • If canceled 60-89 days before departure, a 50% refund of the total trip price will be issued.
  • If canceled within 59 days of departure, no refund will be issued.

    • Welcome to the Dolomites! After check-in at a premium chalet circa an hour’s drive away from Cortina d’Ampezzo, the evening is relaxed and social, with bike setup, a welcome aperitif, and a chef-prepared dinner to kick off the week in style.

    • The first riding day eases us into the terrain surrounding Cortina, framed by the dramatic Tofane massif. After breakfast, we head out for a warm-up ride close to town, using a mix of lift access and natural trails. Lunch is taken at a traditional rifugio before returning to the chalet for spa time, prosecco, and a relaxed evening meal.

        • Group A: Flow trails and singletrack around the Tofane area and Cortina Bike Park
        • Group B: Scenic loop rides around Cortina with sections of the bike park

    • A morning transfer of about one hour brings us to Arabba, gateway to the legendary Sella Ronda circuit. Riding beneath towering limestone walls, this is one of the most iconic mountain bike routes in the Alps, linking high passes via lifts and panoramic trails. Lunch is enjoyed en route before returning to Cortina for dinner.

        • Group A: Full Sella Ronda MTB loop ridden clockwise
        • Group B: Shorter half-loop option through Alta Badia

    • We transfer roughly 1.5 hours to Canazei, surrounded by the Sassolungo and Marmolada groups. Today focuses on varied terrain, from alpine singletrack to open meadows and forest roads. After lunch in Canazei, we return to Cortina for another relaxed evening.

        • Group A: Natural singletracks above Canazei and World Cup Enduro-style trails
        • Group B: Scenic e-MTB routes along forest roads and alpine pastures

    • A transfer of about one hour takes us to Kronplatz, South Tyrol’s flagship mountain biking area. Thanks to extensive lift access, the day offers everything from flowing panoramas to technical descents. Lunch is enjoyed at the summit with sweeping views across the Alps before heading back to Cortina.

        • Group A: Full enduro-focused day with bike park descents
        • Group B: Flow trails and panoramic routes using lift access

    • The final riding day brings us back to Cortina for a fitting send-off. The morning ride explores the surrounding all-mountain terrain or offers the option to hike to the famously turquoise Lago di Sorapis. Lunch is taken at a mountain rifugio, followed by a celebratory farewell dinner in the evening, complete with champagne and a tasting menu.

        • Group A: All-mountain ride in the Cortina area
        • Group B: Morning ride or optional hike to Lago di Sorapis

    • This luxury bike tour in the Dolomites is an experience for up to 8 riders, with 2 amazing guides—allowing the group to split each day based on ability and preference.

        • One group is suited to intermediate and advanced riders, focusing on singletrack, flow, and enduro-style trails
        • The second group enjoys a more relaxed pace on scenic doubletracks and blue or green trails, with the option of a rest-day hike.

      Regardless of the tour you’re joining, a good level of fitness is required, with 3–5 hours of riding per day. As this is an e-MTB experience, electric assistance helps smooth out the climbs. The Dolomites deliver wonderfully varied terrain, combining alpine singletracks, flowing trails, and scenic forest paths. Expect 20-45 km (12.5-33.5 mi) of riding per day, with 300-600 m (985-1,970 ft) of elevation gains and 2,500-3,500 m (8,200-11,500 ft) of elevation loss.

      Dress comfortably and for the weather in clothes you can move in. We suggest bringing clothing appropriate for the season. Layers are best and don’t wear jeans.

      Min. age requirements

        • If you are older than 18, you’re good to go.
        • Minors younger than 18 may be permitted to join the luxury bike tour in the Dolomites on a case-by-case basis, but must be in the presence of a parent or legal guardian.

    • The price for this luxury bike tour in the Dolomites is based on twin-share rooms, but a single occupancy room can be arranged at an additional fee. You can add it to your booking at checkout.

    • The starting point of your luxury bike tour in the Dolomites is a chalet circa an hour’s drive away from Cortina d’Ampezzo. To get there, most people fly into Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE). From there, you can take a shuttle service, public transport, or rent a car to reach Cortina d’Ampezzo, and from there, the chalet. A private transfer can also be arranged, leave us a note at checkout if interested.

      You will meet your guide on Day 1 at your accommodation, a premium private chalet.
