        • Cups, plates, cutlery
        • Toilet paper

      Your guides will provide:

      • Tents (double) and a big tent / tarpaulin – tents are for 1-3 pax

    • To get to Flåm, Norway, many people fly into Oslo Airport (OSL) and from there take a 55-minute flight from to Sogndal Airport, Haukåsen (SOG). The meet-up point will be on the beach in Flåm. All participants should arrive for check-in 10-15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. This allows for restroom use (located at the parking lot) and any necessary preparations, such as retrieving forgotten items from your car.

    • We highly recommend that you cover all your bases with both emergency medical and travel insurance. With medical insurance, if you have an accident or medical emergency on or off the mountain, you’ll avoid paying out of pocket for costly expenses. This covers everything from hospital treatments to emergency air transportation and more.

Travel insurance covers canceled flights, natural disasters and other scenarios that may interrupt your travel plans.

We also expect you to respect local regulations and take measures to protect yourselves, your guides, and the communities you’re traveling to. For more information on travel recommendations and restrictions in Norway, please refer to the Norgesportalen.

If you need assistance selecting the right insurance for your group, let us know and we will be happy to help!
