Set sail early in the morning towards the north. After several miles of sailing, our first stop will be Praiano Beach. There is a well-equipped cliff rising right off the beach, ideal for warming up for the coming week. We will then sail around in search of a quiet bay where we can drop anchor and spend the night.
-
We will keep sailing north, passing by the steepest and even overhanging cliffs of the entire Amalfi Coast. This spot is ideal for practicing deep water soloing, so a stop is a must! No harness, no rope, no bolts—just the water as a crash pad in case of a fall. We will spend the night in Amalfi’s harbor, where a visit to the old town is highly recommended.
-
Breakfast at Pansa patisserie—one of the best and oldest bakeries in Italy, dating back to 1830! With big smiles on our faces after a great start to the morning, we will set sail for Nocelle, where you will have the opportunity to go ashore and hike the famous Sentiero degli Dei (The Path of the Gods). This scenic 7-km (4.4-mile) trail connects Nocelle to Agerola, where the boat will be waiting for us at the end of the hike.
-
Punta Campanella is the northernmost cape of the Amalfi Coast and also the spot with the best rock. Many climbing routes, both single-pitch and multi-pitch, start right at sea level. There, we will climb until dusk, admiring the sunset behind Capri Island.
-
We will circumnavigate the island of Capri, with opportunities for multi-pitch climbing as well as attempting to scale the island’s famous sea stacks. We will spend the night in Capri Bay.
-
We will sail south, stopping here and there for a swim before arriving in Salerno by 6pm. If you want to, from that point on you can disembark.
-
Pack up, exchange contacts with your new friends, and say farewell to Amalfi! Disembark in the morning by 9am.

Being in good physical shape is important, but don’t worry—no matter your climbing grade, you’ll always find a partner at your level. And if that’s not the case, your guide will be there to support you. Rock climbing is more about mastering efficient movement techniques rather than relying on brute strength to muscle your way up a cliff.
To ensure you have a fun and rewarding retreat, your guide will supervise the climbing, help all participants improve their skills, and select routes that best match your ability and fitness level. No prior sailing experience is needed—the skipper will handle everything!
That said, good health and physical fitness are essential to fully participate in daily activities like hiking and rock climbing. If you plan to take on the challenge of deep water soloing during the tour, strong swimming skills are highly recommended.
Please keep in mind that there’s no multi-pitch climbing and no deep water soloing on Capri’s sea stacks.

Amalfi Coast has plenty of options for beginner climbers. Whether you’ve never climbed before or are transitioning from the gym to outdoor climbing, your guide will customize the day to suit your skill level and objectives. With a guide by your side, you’ll learn something new, stay safe on the rocks, and most importantly, have fun!
For intermediate to advanced climbers, Amalfi Coast has loads of routes to spend the day on. Your guide will discuss your objectives and customize the day to your goals. Let your guide plan the day so you can focus on developing your skills while climbing the classic routes or best hidden gems the area has to offer.
You will spend your week on a 45 to 55-foot Monohull or Catamaran sailing boat. This magnificent boat has 4-5 two-people cabins, a spacious living room, well-equipped kitchen, and a deck perfect for late night hang-outs. With her, you’ll sail countless coves and experience the island the way it was meant to be experienced! If this is your first time on a sailing boat and you don’t know what to expect, here is what you can expect from life on board:
-
- On board, everyone is responsible to clean up after themselves.
- Teamwork makes the dreamwork! Be ready to participate in cooking, prepping food, washing the dishes, etc. Don’t worry if you don’t know how to cook or if you hate to wash the dishes, you can always swap the job with another crew member.
- When at sea, it’s important to use water and electricity conservatively. You may be asked to use water and electricity with moderation while out at the sea.
- Don’t worry about any sailing knowledge. The skipper will be there to ensure your safety and will give you precious tips on how to live on board.
- If you wish to learn how to sail or if you are an experienced sailor and want to help your skipper, they will be glad to operate the sails with you and teach you anything you want to know!
