Deposits

When booking a trip, you can either pay for it in full or reserve your spot with a 30% deposit. The remaining 70% of the trip price is to be paid 90 days prior to departure, at the latest.

Cancellations

After 48 hours, booking fees are non-refundable in all cases. You can choose one of 57hours’ flexibility options:

  • If canceled within 48 hours of booking, a full refund will be issued.
  • If canceled 60 or more days before departure, a 70% refund of the total trip price will be issued.
  • If canceled within 59 days of departure, no refund will be issued.
  • Booking fees are non-refundable after a 48-hour grace period.
Flexible
  • If canceled within 48 hours of booking, a full refund will be issued.
  • If canceled 60 or more days before departure, a full refund of the total trip price will be issued.
  • If canceled 30-59 days before departure, a 50% refund of the total trip price will be issued.
  • If canceled within 29 days of departure, no refund will be issued.

  • Explore one of Europe’s most spectacular routes from the back of an e-bike! Spend 4 days riding the greatest singletrack in the Mont Blanc area, visiting all the most iconic spots in the Alps, and resting in private, high-end accommodations.

    • Your adventure starts with a scenic transfer from Milan’s Malpensa Airport to the charming alpine town of Courmayeur. Nestled at the foot of Mont Blanc, this mountain paradise is the perfect place to kick off your e-MTB tour. Settle into your accommodation, meet your guides, and get a taste of what’s to come with a team briefing over a delicious Italian meal.

    • Your tour starts in earnest with a ride from Courmayeur over stunning alpine trails, crossing the Italian-French border into the serene valley of Les Chapieux. The ride offers a mix of rugged terrain and breathtaking views, with the towering Mont Blanc always in sight. Enjoy the pastoral beauty of France’s Savoie region as you descend into Cormet de Roseland, where you’ll stay overnight in a cozy mountain lodge.

    • Today’s journey takes you deeper into the French Alps as you ride towards the iconic mountain town of Chamonix. Along the way, you’ll traverse high-altitude trails and encounter awe-inspiring views of glaciers and peaks. Experience the thrill of reaching Chamonix, the birthplace of alpine sports, and relax in this vibrant town known for its outdoor adventure culture.

      Ascent: 1,000 m / 3,280 ft
      Descent: 2,300 m / 7,550 ft
      Riding distance: 50 km / 31 mi

    • Cross into Switzerland as you ride through the scenic Col de Balme and Col de la Forclaz, descending into the picturesque Swiss villages. This stage offers a delightful mix of sweeping downhill trails and lush, green landscapes. Champex-Lac is a picturesque alpine village in Switzerland, known for its lake, stunning mountain views, and its position as a gateway to some of the region’s best biking trails.

      Ascent: 1,600 m / 5,250 ft
      Descent: 2,000 m / 6,560 ft
      Riding distance: 40 km / 24,8 mi

    • On your final riding day, you’ll complete the loop back to Courmayeur, riding through breathtaking alpine valleys. Cross the border once again into Italy, with Mont Blanc always watching over your journey. Celebrate your return to Courmayeur with a final ride through its beautiful Val Ferret landscapes before concluding your unforgettable e-MTB adventure around Mont Blanc.

    • Your adventure comes to an end. Your guides will arrange your transfer from Courmayeur back to Milano Malpensa airport. See you soon!

      E-bike rentals are available upon request. If you’d like to rent an e-bike from your guides, just let us know in the “add-on” section upon booking.

    • Experience:

      This trip is meant for intermediate to advanced riders comfortable riding on narrow singletrack with some rocks and roots, as well as proactively riding most trails. If the corners are too tight or the trail is too technical, you are welcome to walk a few meters, but your guides are happy to help you work on your skills so you can ride them.

      Fitness:

      You need to be able to ride for multiple days in a row at a moderate pace for several hours each day. You should be able to handle moderately steep climbs of up to 1000-1500 vertical meters (3,300 – 4,950 ft) in a day, including some pushing or carrying your bike if required. Also, you need to have prior experience riding at altitudes of 2,000+ m (6,560+ ft) and understand the effect they have on you.

    • Here’s a list of the equipment you need to bring:

        • Helmet
        • Eye protection
        • Kneepads — optional (but recommended)
        • Day pack large enough to carry all the items listed (around a 25-40L bag)
        • Water bottle or hydration bladder (2L capacity)
        • Comfortable biking shoes
        • Appropriate clothes for layering and 6 days of biking
        • Waterproof rain jacket
        • Sunhat
        • Toiletries (sunscreen, hand sanitizer, bug spray, toilet paper, etc.)
        • Sunglasses
        • Camera — optional (but recommended)

      You can rent your e-bike in Courmayeur, but your guides can also provide e-bike rentals. If you want to rent an e-bike, make sure to contact them in advance.
      Dress comfortably and for the weather in clothes you can move in. We suggest bringing clothing appropriate for the season. Layers are best and don’t wear jeans.

    • Group sizes and pricing

        • For this adventure, the usual client-to-guide ratio is 7:1.
        • It takes a minimum of 4 people for this tour to operate. The maximum group size is set at 14 participants.

      E-biking in the Mont Blanc area can be arranged for larger groups. Contact us to make arrangements.

      Min. age requirements

        • If you are older than 18, you’re good to go.
        • Minors younger than 18 may be permitted to join the tour on a case-by-case basis, but must be in the presence of a parent or legal guardian.

      If your group has bikers under the age of 18, contact us prior to booking to make arrangements.

    • To get to the start of your tour, plan to fly into Milan’s Malpensa Airport. Your guide will meet you there and transfer you to Courmayeur, the starting point of the tour, at the pre-arranged time.
