It’s the best ever! You can expect a wonderful blend of adventure, camaraderie, and awe-inspiring beauty of Svalbard. You’ll spend a week there and taste unparalleled freedom. There are two boats cruising the icy waters of this Norwegian archipelago, Varuna and Intrepido, both hosting up to 6 guests. A friendly crew and a chef will spoil you every day with a full breakfast, après ski snacks, and a three-course dinner using local specialties with carefully selected wines!
Both sailboats boast the highest standard deck fittings, rig, and sails. They are maintained and equipped above World Sailing Offshore Special Regulations Category 1 standards.
These are the two available boats:
Varuna is a 73-foot state-of-the-art sailboat designed for high-latitude activities and easy cruising through the most remote areas. Bespoke wooden interiors are warm and welcoming and the boat’s four double-bed cabins with ensuite showers ensure a pleasant stay. You can relax in the spacious deck saloon, offering 360-degree views of the surrounding environment. The inner hull is thermally isolated, so you can be sure you’ll be shielded from the humidity and external temperatures.
Intrepido is a 68-foot sailboat specially equipped for sailing in cold waters and remote spots. The customized wooden interior, the thermal isolation, and double-glass portholes will keep you warm and cozy. You’ll stay at double-bed cabins with ensuite individual restrooms, showers, heating, lighting, and power supply. And if you’re up for some mingling and chatting with other guests, you can go to the spacious central cockpit, two deck cockpits, or a unique deck saloon. You’ll be able to have hot showers both on the Intrepido as well as Varuna.
