Deposits

When booking a trip, you can either pay for it in full or reserve your spot with a 30% deposit. The remaining 70% of the trip price is to be paid 90 days prior to departure, at the latest.

Cancellations

After 48 hours, booking fees are non-refundable in all cases. You can choose one of 57hours’ flexibility options:

Basic
  • If canceled within 48 hours of booking, a full refund will be issued.
  • If canceled 90 or more days before departure, a 70% refund of the total trip price will be issued.
  • If canceled within 89 days of departure, no refund will be issued.
  • Booking fees are non-refundable after a 48 hours grace period.
Flexible
  • If canceled within 48 hours of booking, a full refund will be issued.
  • If canceled 90 or more days before departure, a full refund of the total trip price will be issued.
  • If canceled 60-89 days before departure, a 50% refund of the total trip price will be issued.
  • If canceled within 59 days of departure, no refund will be issued.
  • Booking fees are non-refundable after 48 hours grace period.
Super Flexible
  • If canceled within 48 hours of booking, a full refund will be issued.
  • If canceled 60 or more days before departure, a full refund of the total trip price will be issued.

  • The Alps are a true mecca for MTB enthusiasts, and now is your chance to discover hidden gems and remote trails of the Swiss Alps! During this week-long adventure, we’ll have 5 days of riding and exploring some of the greatest trails around Verbier—and the Alps in general! We’ll take care of the lodgings, breakfasts and dinners, bike rentals, and you can just enjoy the ride without needing to organize a day's riding—an expert local guide will be by your side the whole way through, showing you the area’s highlights.

    • Climb to the stunning Alpine lake of Champex, a sparkling jewel set among the peaks. With more than 1,000 meters (3,300 ft) of ascent, this day offers breathtaking landscapes and, for the adventurous, a chance to plunge into the invigorating mountain waters!

    • After an iconic drive to the majestic Grand-Saint-Bernard Pass, straddling the border with Italy, enjoy a delicious Italian cappuccino and an exhilarating descent all the way back to Vollèges, taking in even more Alpine scenery.

    • This mountain biking tour in Verbier is meant for fit riders with mountain biking experience, who are ready to climb up to 1,200 m (3,940 ft) per day, and cover up to 55 km (35 miles). Day-by-day distances and elevation gains can be found in the itinerary. Apart from MTB experience, great fitness is also a must in order for you to enjoy this adventure.

    • Here’s a list of the equipment you need to bring:

        • Day pack large enough to carry everything you might need throughout the day (around a 25-40L bag)

      Dress comfortably and for the weather in clothes you can move in. We suggest bringing clothing appropriate for the season. Layers are best and don’t wear jeans.

    • Group sizes and pricing

        • For these mountain biking adventures in Verbier, the usual client-to-guide ratio is 4:1.
        • It takes a minimum of 2 people for this tour to operate. The maximum group size is set at 4 participants.
        • The cost per person decreases as the group grows, so it’s the perfect opportunity to bike with friends and family!

      Min. age requirements

        • If you are older than 18, you’re good to go.
        • Minors older than 16 may be permitted to join this mountain biking adventure in Verbier on a case-by-case basis, but must be in the presence of a parent or legal guardian.

    • The starting point of your mountain biking adventure in Verbier is Vollèges, Switzerland. To get there, most people fly into Geneva Airport (GVA).
