Deposits

When booking a trip, you can either pay for it in full or reserve your spot with a 30% deposit. The remaining 70% of the trip price is to be paid 90 days prior to departure, at the latest.

Cancellations

After 48 hours, booking fees are non-refundable in all cases. You can choose one of 57hours’ flexibility options:

Basic
  • If canceled within 48 hours of booking, a full refund will be issued.
  • If canceled 60 or more days before departure, a 70% refund of the total trip price will be issued.
  • If canceled within 59 days of departure, no refund will be issued.
  • Booking fees are non-refundable after a 48-hour grace period.
Flexible
  • If canceled within 48 hours of booking, a full refund will be issued.
  • If canceled 60 or more days before departure, a full refund of the total trip price will be issued.
  • If canceled 30-59 days before departure, a 50% refund of the total trip price will be issued.
  • If canceled within 29 days of departure, no refund will be issued.
  • Booking fees are non-refundable after 48 hours grace period.
Super Flexible
  • If canceled within 48 hours of booking, a full refund will be issued.
  • If canceled 30 or more days before departure, a full refund of the total trip price will be issued.

  • These e-bike holidays in Switzerland, Austria, and Italy offer a seamless blend of luxury and nature. With upscale 4-star hotels as our base, we’ll go out pedaling every day, exploring Alpine wonders of these three countries. All transfers during the tour are arranged (including luggage transfers), as well as stunning hotels, breakfasts and lunches, and top-notch guidance by a local guide.

    • Our tour begins in Klosters, a charming village in the Swiss Alps. After arriving in the afternoon, all participants will meet for an initial introduction. Together, we will discuss the route, check our e-bikes, and enjoy the rest of the evening. For tonight, we will stay in a cozy hotel

    • In the morning, we will take a train ride to Lavin, a picturesque village in Lower Engadine. From there, we continue through beautiful villages, riding on forest roads and well-developed bike paths, passing traditional Engadine houses, deep valleys, and clear mountain streams. We will reach Scuol in the afternoon, a village known for its thermal springs, and enjoy local cuisine to end the day.

    • Today we will ride through impressive mountain panoramas and along rivers, crossing the border into Austria to reach the village of Nauders. Here, we enjoy Austrian hospitality.

    • Following our night in Austria, we will ride over the Reschen Pass towards Italy, along Lake Reschen, where we can admire the submerged church tower of Graun. We then continue to Upper Vinschgau in South Tyrol, with stunning views of the Italian Alps.

    • On Day 5 of our tour, we return to Switzerland, riding along the edge of the Swiss National Park. The journey includes a 4-km singletrail, mostly easy, but with some challenging sections. Finally, we reach Livigno, Italy, known for its mountain landscapes and duty-free shopping.

    • This stage takes us over the Forcola di Livigno back into Switzerland, with stunning panoramic views of Upper Engadine. We pass small villages and ride along crystal-clear lakes.

    • For our last day of riding, we explore Upper Engadine, including St. Moritz, known for its luxurious resorts and stunning mountain scenery. After this final adventure, we return to Klosters by train, where the tour concludes.

    • These bike holidays in Switzerland, Italy, and Austria are ideal for fit cyclists comfortable with descents on steep gravel roads. This tour is beginner-friendly, but good fitness is a must. Daily stages range from 40 to 60 km (25-37 miles) with elevation gains between 1,000 to 1,300 m (3,280 to 4,270 ft).

      Dress comfortably and for the weather in clothes you can move in. We suggest bringing clothing appropriate for the season. Layers are best and don’t wear jeans.

        • It takes a minimum of 4 people for this tour to operate. The maximum group size is set at 6 participants.
        • The tour can be booked up to 2 months prior to its start.

      Min. age requirements

        • If you are older than 18, you’re good to go.
        • Minors younger than 18 may be permitted to join these bike holidays in Switzerland, Italy, and Austria on a case-by-case basis, but must be in the presence of a parent or legal guardian.

      If your group has cyclists under the age of 18, contact us prior to booking to make arrangements.

    • The starting point of your bike holidays in Switzerland, Italy, and France is Klosters in Switzerland. To get there, most people fly into Zurich Airport (ZRH). From Zurich, you can either take a train to reach Klosters or rent a car.

      Make sure to arrive by the afternoon, as that’s when you’ll meet your guide and the rest of your group.
