Deposits

When booking a trip, you can either pay for it in full or reserve your spot with a 30% deposit. The remaining 70% of the trip price is to be paid 90 days prior to departure, at the latest.

Cancellations

After 48 hours, booking fees are non-refundable in all cases. You can choose one of 57hours’ flexibility options:

Basic
  • If canceled within 48 hours of booking, a full refund will be issued.
  • If canceled 60 or more days before departure, a 70% refund of the total trip price will be issued.
  • If canceled within 59 days of departure, no refund will be issued.
  • Booking fees are non-refundable after a 48-hour grace period.
Flexible
  • If canceled within 48 hours of booking, a full refund will be issued.
  • If canceled 60 or more days before departure, a full refund of the total trip price will be issued.
  • If canceled 30-59 days before departure, a 50% refund of the total trip price will be issued.
  • If canceled within 29 days of departure, no refund will be issued.
  • Booking fees are non-refundable after 48 hours grace period.
Super Flexible
  • If canceled within 48 hours of booking, a full refund will be issued.

    • The tour begins in Scuol, a charming village in the Swiss Alps. Upon arrival in the afternoon, all participants will meet for an initial introduction. You will discuss the route with your guides and check the e-bikes. We’ll stay in a cozy hotel in Scuol to prepare for the days ahead.

    • Starting in Scuol, Switzerland, you will be transferred to Samnaun. After a cable car ride, we will enjoy trails with 600 m / 1,968 ft of ascent and 2,500 m / 8,202 ft of descent, with the highest point at 2,730 m / 8,957 ft. Accommodation in Ischgl, Austria.

    • On technical S2 trails, we will ride back to Scuol, Switzerland, with 1,300 m / 4,265 ft of ascent and 3,000 m / 9,842 ft of descent.

      Dress comfortably and for the weather in clothes you can move in. We suggest bringing clothing appropriate for the season. Layers are best and don’t wear jeans.

    • Group sizes and pricing

        • For this Switzerland, Austria, and Italy e-bike adventure, the usual client-to-guide ratio is 6:1.
        • It takes a minimum of 4 people for this tour to operate. The maximum group size is set at 6 participants.
        • The tour can be booked up to 2 months prior to its start.

      Biking in Switzerland can be arranged for larger groups. Contact us to make arrangements.

      Min. age requirements

        • If you are older than 18, you’re good to go.
        • Minors younger than 18 may be permitted to join the e-bike adventure on a case-by-case basis, but must be in the presence of a parent or legal guardian

      If your group has bikers under the age of 18, contact us prior to booking to make arrangements.

    • The starting point of your Switzerland, Austria, and Italy e-bike adventure is Scuol. To get there, most people fly into Milan Bergamo (BGY) Airport or Zurich (ZRH) Airport. From there, you can use public transport, take a shuttle, or rent a car to reach Scuol.

      Once you’re there, you will meet your guide in the afternoon hours in a predetermined place. More information will be provided by the guides before the adventure starts.
