Deposits

When booking a trip, you can either pay for it in full or reserve your spot with a 30% deposit. The remaining 70% of the trip price is to be paid 90 days prior to departure, at the latest.

Cancellations

After 48 hours, booking fees are non-refundable in all cases. You can choose one of 57hours’ flexibility options:

  • If canceled within 48 hours of booking, a full refund will be issued.
  • If canceled 60 or more days before departure, a 70% refund of the total trip price will be issued.
  • If canceled within 59 days of departure, no refund will be issued.
  • Booking fees are non-refundable after a 48 hours grace period.
Flexible
  • If canceled within 48 hours of booking, a full refund will be issued.
  • If canceled 60 or more days before departure, a full refund of the total trip price will be issued.
  • If canceled 30-59 days before departure, a 50% refund of the total trip price will be issued.

With expert guidance, ride through breathtaking landscapes, conquer single trails, and relax each night in charming hotels. You’ll tackle steep climbs, thrilling descents, and cover three countries in one exhilarating week. With everything from luggage transport to daily bike maintenance covered, all that’s left is for you to enjoy every moment.

    • The tour begins in Scuol, a charming village in the Swiss Alps. In the morning, all participants meet for an initial introduction. Together with the guides, we go through the route, check the e-bikes and equipment, and then head out to explore the trails around Scuol. We also take time to work on your personal riding technique—ensuring you are well prepared for the days ahead. To relax after the ride, Scuol offers its famous mineral baths, the perfect way to end the day.

    • Our adventure truly begins with a transfer to Samnaun, a remote Swiss mountain village. Most of the ascents are covered by cable cars, which leaves us with plenty of energy to enjoy the high-alpine trails. On this day, we also experience our first border crossings between Switzerland and Austria. A highlight is the descent from Viderjoch (2,730 m / 8,957 ft) down to Ischgl (1,336 m / 4,383 ft)—a thrilling 1,400 vertical meters in one stretch.

      Note: For this stage and the following day, we will carry our own luggage, as there is no luggage transport between Scuol – Ischgl – Scuol.

      Aerial Alps summer
    • On technical S2 trails, we make our way back to Switzerland with about 1,300 m (4,265 ft) of ascent and 3,000 m (9,843 ft) of descent. The legendary Fimber Pass (2,609 m / 8,560 ft) and the spectacular ridge ride at 2,849 m (9,347 ft), right on the Austrian–Swiss border, are without a doubt the highlights of this stage. Challenging climbs and pristine alpine landscapes accompany us before we descend all the way back to Scuol, where we end the day.

    • early as 1317. After a coffee stop, we ride along the highest pine forest in Europe towards Alp Astras. From there, the singletrail firework begins, taking us to the Italian border. After a short visit across the border in Italy, we finish the day in Müstair, home to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Monastery of St. John.

      Above water bike
    • A shuttle takes us back up to the Ofenpass (2,149 m / 7,051 ft) in Switzerland before we set off towards Italy. This stage offers slightly easier trails but no less spectacular scenery. Riding along the Swiss National Park, we cross into the Italian National Park. The view of Lake Livigno (1,805 m / 5,922 ft) is just one of many highlights. Gentle singletrails and a breathtaking alpine landscape make this ride a true pleasure.

      Beautiful trails Alps
    • The grand finale takes us from Livigno to St. Moritz, with 1,400 m (4,593 ft) of ascent and 1,600 m (5,249 ft) of descent. High-alpine singletrails at their very best await us. Crossing back into Switzerland, we enjoy breathtaking views of the Bernina range, the highest mountain group in Graubünden. At Morteratsch (1,896 m / 6,220 ft), we pause to admire the mighty Piz Bernina (4,018 m / 13,182 ft) – the highest peak in the canton. From there, our route follows the UNESCO World Heritage Bernina Railway line of the famous Bernina Express, leading us to glamorous St. Moritz. Here our singletrail adventure comes to an end before we take the train back to Scuol. Once there, we return our equipment. For those who wish, the day can be rounded off with a visit to Scuol’s famous mineral bath – the perfect way to relax after an unforgettable week of riding.

Daily stages range from 50 to 60 km (31 to 37.2 mi), with elevation gains between 1,000 to 1,600 m (3,280 to 5,249 ft). Note that the uphills are mostly on singletrails.         • For this Switzerland, Austria, and Italy e-bike adventure, the usual client-to-guide ratio is 6:1.
        • It takes a minimum of 4 people for this tour to operate. The maximum group size is set at 6 participants.

      Biking in Switzerland can be arranged for larger groups. Contact us to make arrangements.

      Min. age requirements

        • If you are older than 18, you’re good to go.
        • Minors younger than 18 may be permitted to join the e-bike adventure on a case-by-case basis, but must be in the presence of a parent or legal guardian

    • The price for this e-bike tour in Switzerland, Austria, and Italy is based on twin-share rooms, but a single occupancy room can be arranged at an additional fee. You can add it to your booking at checkout.

    • The starting point of your Switzerland, Austria, and Italy e-bike adventure is Scuol. To get there, most people fly into Zurich (ZRH) Airport. From there, you can use public transport, take a shuttle, or rent a car to reach Scuol—it will take you around 3 hours to get there.

      Once you’re there, you will meet your guide in the afternoon hours of Day 1.
