Deposits

When booking a trip, you can either pay for it in full or reserve your spot with a 30% deposit. The remaining 70% of the trip price is to be paid 90 days prior to departure, at the latest.

Cancellations

After 48 hours, booking fees are non-refundable in all cases. You can choose one of 57hours’ flexibility options:

  • If canceled within 48 hours of booking, a full refund will be issued.
  • If canceled 90 or more days before departure, a 70% refund of the total trip price will be issued.
  • If canceled within 89 days of departure, no refund will be issued.
  • Booking fees are non-refundable after a 48-hour grace period.
Flexible
  • If canceled within 48 hours of booking, a full refund will be issued.
  • If canceled 90 or more days before departure, a full refund of the total trip price will be issued.
  • If canceled 60-89 days before departure, a 50% refund of the total trip price will be issued.

Afterward, we’ll ride through the scenic valley to La Salle, where a luxurious 5-star hotel awaits to rejuvenate us after an exhilarating day.

    • This tour du Mont Blanc road bike adventure is rated moderate. Although you don’t need to be well-skilled or experienced, a very good level of fitness is required as the days can get quite long. However, a support van will be following us all the way, and it’s possible to jump in the van at any point during the day.

      Dress comfortably and for the weather in clothes you can move in. We suggest bringing clothing appropriate for the season. Layers are best and don’t wear jeans.

        • It takes a minimum of 2 people for this tour to operate. The maximum group size is set at 4 participants.

      Min. age requirements

        • If you are older than 18, you’re good to go.
        • Minors from 16 to 18 may be permitted to join the bike tour on a case-by-case basis, but must be in the presence of a parent or legal guardian.

      If your group has bikers under the age of 18, contact us prior to booking to make arrangements.

    • The starting point of your tour du Mont Blanc road bike adventure is Champex-Lac, Switzerland. To get there, most people fly into Geneva International Airport (GVA).

      Once you’re there, you will meet your guide at a predetermined time in Au Club Alpin, Rte du Lac 21, 1938 Champex-Lac. Your guide will provide more information before the tour starts.
