  • This tour runs from Trogir to Dubrovnik—if you'd prefer to start in Dubrovnik and finish near Split, check out the other itinerary. Inclusions and everything else remains the same.

This 8-day e-bike and sailing cruise takes you through seven Dalmatian islands aboard a 144 ft (44 m) luxury yacht. Each day brings a new island and a choice of routes—short or long, flat or hilly—with local guides leading the way on e-bikes through stone villages, olive groves, and coastal roads that most visitors never find. Everything is taken care of: rides, meals, and a jacuzzi sundeck to come back to at the end of the day.

    • Arrive in Trogir—a compact UNESCO-listed medieval town on the Dalmatian mainland—where we board the yacht and get settled. After a short sail to the nearby island of Šolta, we set out on an easy warm-up ride to visit a local beekeeper, learning about traditional honey production and the role bees play in Dalmatian island life. Back on board for dinner and the first overnight.

      Meals: Dinner
      Accommodation: Luxury Voyage yacht

      Trogir town in Croatia
    • We sail to Pučišća, a village of white limestone on Brač’s northern coast where stone has been quarried and carved for centuries—Diocletian’s Palace in Split was built from it, and so, it’s said, was part of the White House. From here we ride through the island’s quieter inland side: Škrip (Brač’s oldest settlement), an olive oil museum with tasting, and the coastal villages of Postira and Milna. In the afternoon we sail on to Stari Grad on Hvar.

      Meals: Breakfast, lunch or dinner
      Long route cycling: Pučišća – Postira – Škrip – Milna | 43 km (27 mi) | 900 m (2,950 ft)
      Short route cycling: Pučišća – Škrip – Postira | 30 km (19 mi) | 600 m (1,970 ft)
      Accommodation: Luxury Voyage yacht

      Pucisca, seaside town
    • We ride across Hvar Island from Stari Grad toward Jelsa and Hvar Town. Lunch stop in Velo Grablje, a protected cultural heritage village set back from the coast and long known for its lavender cultivation—much of it is deserted now, which only adds to the atmosphere. We continue to Hvar Town for free time to wander the harbor and the old Venetian squares, then board for the sail to Vis. Optional on Vis: wine tasting inside a converted military bunker.

      Meals: Breakfast, lunch or dinner
      Long route cycling: Stari Grad – Jelsa – Hvar | 45 km (28 mi) | 700 m (2,300 ft)
      Short route cycling: Stari Grad – Jelsa – Stari Grad | 25 km (15.5 mi) | 250 m (820 ft)
      Accommodation: Luxury Voyage yacht

Cycling on Island Hvar in Croatia.
    • Vis spent decades as a closed military zone, which meant it missed the development that swept the rest of the coast. The result is one of Croatia’s most unspoiled islands. Today is flexible: ride a scenic loop around the island, sign up for a military history tour (€50, payable locally), or use the day to rest before tomorrow’s longest ride. The afternoon sail heads toward Korčula.

      Meals: Breakfast, lunch or dinner
      Cycling: 31 km (19 mi) | 670 m (2,200 ft) — optional
      Accommodation: Luxury Voyage yacht

      Vis flowers view
    • Today is the longest ride of the week. We cross Korčula from end to end, riding from Vela Luka on the western tip to Korčula Town on the eastern—60 km (37 mi) of vineyards, olive groves, and coastal roads with views over the channel. Arrival is followed by a guided walk through the medieval old town, a walled peninsula often compared to Dubrovnik in miniature and long claimed as the birthplace of Marco Polo.

      Meals: Breakfast, lunch or dinner
      Cycling: Vela Luka – Korčula Town | 60 km (37 mi) | 1,000 m (3,280 ft)
      Accommodation: Luxury Voyage yacht

    • We sail to Mljet—the greenest of the Dalmatian islands, roughly two-thirds of which is covered by dense Mediterranean forest. The national park in the west protects two saltwater lakes connected to the sea by a narrow channel, and the riding here is as easy or as long as you want it to be. After the ride, we sail south toward Šipan.

      Meals: Breakfast, lunch or dinner
      Long route cycling: 40 km (25 mi) | 700 m (2,300 ft)
      Short route cycling: Pomena – Great Lake – Polače – Pomena | 22 km (14 mi) | 250 m (820 ft)
      Accommodation: Luxury Voyage yacht

    • A short ride on Šipan—the largest of the Elaphiti Islands, and one of the quietest—before lunch on board and the final sail into Dubrovnik. We arrive in the late afternoon for a guided walk through the old town, then the evening is free.

      Meals: Breakfast, lunch
      Cycling: 10 km (6 mi) | 150 m (490 ft)
      Accommodation: Luxury Voyage yacht

    • To join this Croatia bike and sail cruise, good fitness is required. Daily cycling ranges from 10 to 60 km (6 to 37 mi), and most days offer a short and a long version of the route. This tour is imagined as an e-bike trip.

The longest stages involve up to 1,000 m (3,280 ft) of elevation gain on hilly island terrain. That said, you’re never carrying luggage, there’s no pressure to take the longer option, and the yacht gives you a comfortable place to recover between riding days—making the week ideal for different fitness levels.
