Cancellation policy

The percentages in the table above are of the full trip price, not of what you’ve paid at the time of booking.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking receive a full refund on all plans, including booking fees and insurance. After the 48-hour window, your refund depends on your selected protection plan and when you cancel. Core and Premium plans extend your cancellation rights beyond the Standard policy:

  • With Core, a covered reason gets you 75% of your trip cost back — even the day before you go.
  • With Premium, a covered reason gets you 100% of your trip cost back — and any other reason gets you 75%, right up to the day you leave.
What counts as a covered reason
  • Sudden illness or injury — yours, a travel companion’s, or an immediate family member’s, confirmed by a doctor
  • Death of a traveler or an immediate family member
  • A natural disaster affecting your destination or your departure point
  • A government travel advisory against travel to your destination

Changing your mind isn’t a covered reason. Premium is the only plan that covers that. Documentation is required for all insurance claims.

Everything the travel insurance covers

Both plans include travel insurance through Redpoint Travel Protection. Core insures 75% of your trip cost; Premium insures 100%.

Maximum per person:

  • Trip cancellation — up to 100% of your trip cost
  • Cancel for any reason — up to 75% of your trip cost (Premium only)
  • Trip interruption — 150% of the trip cost limit
  • Trip delay — $200 a day, $1,000 max
  • Itinerary change — $250
  • Single occupancy supplement — up to 100% of trip cost
  • Missed connection — $1,000
  • Travel inconvenience — $250 each, $750 max
  • Pet return — $1,000 per pet
  • Baggage and personal effects — $2,500, max $300 an item
  • Baggage delay — $600, after 12 hours
  • Baggage delivery — $100 per trip
  • Emergency medical expenses — $100,000
  • Medical evacuation and repatriation — up to $1,000,000

These are maximums. What a claim actually pays depends on what you can document and on the policy’s exclusions — pre-existing conditions and undeclared activities among them. We’ll send the full policy wording with your confirmation.

  • We’ll hike, laugh, climb, snack, and sparkle our way across Mallorca’s rugged Serra de Tramuntana, where ancient trails meet sun-drenched coastline and the vibes are as high as the peaks. From the laid-back beach town of Sant Elm to the stone paths of Esporles and the bohemian magic of Deià, this all-women journey is pure Mediterranean soul food. Think terrace picnics with sea views, mountaintop cava toasts, and cliffside trails that make your heart beat faster (and not just from the climb). Boutique hotels, a wildly cool crew, and scenery that slaps—this is the hiking holiday you didn’t know you needed.

    • Upon arrival at Mallorca Airport, your guide will transfer you to the picturesque village of Sant Elm, on the island’s southwest coast. Once settled in, take some time to explore the town and its beautiful beach. Sant Elm’s main street is filled with cafes and restaurants, perfect for enjoying an aperitif or dinner, along with plenty of souvenir shops to explore.

One of the area’s highlights is watching the breathtaking sunset from one of the viewpoints along the coastline. In the evening, your guide will meet you for a welcome drink and a briefing on the itinerary and details of our upcoming adventure.

      Sant Elm Panorama
    • Today’s hike takes us to the 400-year-old Torre de Cala en Bassets watchtower, offering stunning views of Dragon Island. The trail continues through a forested slope, becoming steep and rocky until we reach the historic Trappist Monastery (La Trapa). The route loops back to Sant Elm, where we can enjoy refreshing drinks on sunny terraces. Afterward, we’ll be transferred to the picturesque town of Esporles in the Tramuntana mountains, with a visit to the La Granja farmhouse museum highly recommended.

When we reach Banyalbufar, we’ll be amazed by its 1,000-year-old terraced landscape, a legacy from the Arab rule. It’s the perfect spot for a lunch break.

Afterward, we’ll continue along the coastline to Port des Canonge, where a beautiful pebbled beach awaits. In the evening, we’ll be transferred to Valldemossa for the next two nights.

    • After exploring the charming Valldemossa, our adventure continues along a 19th-century path network. This network offers amazing coastal and mountain views, taking us to the beautiful village Deià. More than just a hike, it’s a cultural journey, where we’ll learn about spots like Son Marroig, Miramar, s’Estaca, and Sa Foradada. Deià itself has a fascinating story—artists have been flocking here since the 1960s and 70s. The village is full of incredible artwork and legends that still inspire creativity today.

We’ll make our way to the top of Penyal d’Honor, one of the most magical spots on Mallorca, where we’ll enjoy a glass of cava, famous sparkling wine, and a traditional Mallorcan picnic. We’ll head back by torchlight.
