  • Seven days built around five full days of private cat skiing in Goderdzi, one of the Caucasus' snowiest regions. We meet you at Tbilisi, Batumi, or Kutaisi Airport and drive up to a luxury mountain spa hotel, your base for the week. From there, your guides shape each ski day around the current snow and how the group's skiing—wide-open powder fields, untouched forests, and alpine terrain, accessed almost entirely by snowcat. Somewhere in the middle of the week, there's a break from the cold for a khinkali-making class and a wine tasting rooted in Georgia's ancient winemaking tradition. Evenings are spent back at the hotel, with a pool and spa to work the legs loose.

    • We meet you at Tbilisi, Batumi, or Kutaisi International Airport and set off toward Goderdzi in premium SUVs with professional drivers. After around four hours on the road, we switch to a snowcat for the final hour up to the hotel, your base for the week. In the evening, your guides brief you on the days ahead, and there’s time to sink into the hotel spa and take in the mountain views before the skiing begins.

    • Five full days of private cat skiing start here, with your guides shaping each one around the current snow and how the group’s skiing. Expect wide-open powder fields, forested lines, and alpine slopes, accessed almost entirely by snowcat, with ski lifts brought in only when the terrain calls for it. A mountain lunch keeps you fueled through the day, and dinner back at the hotel closes things out. With private snowcat access, there’s no waiting in lines, just fresh lines and however many laps the group can handle.

    • Another full day of private cat skiing, with the terrain adjusted to yesterday’s conditions and whatever the group wants more of—deeper trees, open bowls, or steeper alpine lines. The rhythm holds: snowcat access to the goods, a mountain lunch on the go, and dinner at the hotel once the boots come off.

    • Skiing continues with another full day on the snowcat, working through whatever mix of powder fields and tree runs suits the group best. Back at the hotel in the evening, there’s a break from the cold for a hands-on khinkali-making class, learning to fold and cook Georgia’s favorite dumpling, paired with a wine tasting that traces the country’s roughly 8,000-year-old winemaking tradition. A good excuse to sit still for a night.

The format holds: full-day private snowcat operation, a mountain lunch on the trail, and dinner at the hotel to close out another day chasing fresh snow.

You should be comfortable skiing red pistes, able to link turns in deep powder, ski tight trees and open alpine terrain, and stay active for 5 to 6 hours a day. Your guides adapt the day’s terrain based on snow conditions and how the group is skiing, but this isn’t a beginner-friendly trip.

    • There’s more happening off the snow than you’d expect. Partway through the week, there’s a hands-on khinkali-making class, where local hosts teach you to fold and cook Georgia’s most iconic dumpling yourself, not just eat it. It’s paired with a wine tasting that traces the country’s roughly 8,000-year-old winemaking tradition, one of the oldest in the world

Your guides are with you the whole trip too, happy to talk mountains, snow, and Georgian culture in between ski days.
