Deposits

When booking a trip, you can either pay for it in full or reserve your spot with a 30% deposit. The remaining 70% of the trip price is to be paid 90 days prior to departure, at the latest.

Cancellations

After 48 hours, booking fees are non-refundable in all cases. You can choose one of 57hours’ flexibility options:

  • If canceled 90 or more days before departure, a 70% refund of the total trip price will be issued.
  • If canceled within 89 days of departure, no refund will be issued.

    • Upon your arrival in Mallorca, you’ll meet your private guide at the airport. Your private guide has a wealth of knowledge of Mallorca and will accompany you for the duration of the trip. You’ll then be transferred to a premier hotel in the northern town of Pollença. Kick off your adventure with an itinerary briefing and a welcome cocktail.

    • Day 2 is reserved for a cycling tour to Formentor lighthouse, discovering the amazing cliffs of the area. There’s also an extra experience today, where you’ll discover the coastal town of Puerto Pollença.

    • Today, we’ll go on the queen stage: a cycling tour to Soller, passing by Coll de Femeia, Lluc Sanctuary, Sa Calobra, and Puig Major. Later on, enjoy a much-needed recovery massage as an extra experience.

    • On Day 4, we’re going on a cycling tour from Puerto de Sóller, tackling the climbs of Coll de Sóller before we arrive at the wine cellar for some wine tasting. Then, we’re transferring back to the hotel by car. While in Soller, we’ll also ride the iconic tram (included in the price).
