Having some prior hiking experience, ideally including full-day hikes in somewhat hilly terrain, is recommended. To prepare, engaging in cardiovascular exercises and strength training in the weeks leading up to the trip is advised. Occasional weekend hikes can also help in readiness. Rest assured, our guide will accompany you every step of the way, providing support, ensuring safety, and adjusting the pace to suit the group’s overall fitness level.
