    • These cycling tours in Grand Teton National Park are fully customizable and will depend on the fitness and readiness of you and your group. Keep in mind that these are group cycling tours (though private tours can be arranged) and the guide will find a middle ground for all the cyclers.

There are no prerequisites for joining this tour (all you have to know is how to ride a bike). For both half-day and full-day tours, the tempo will be adjusted to the capabilities of the group, and there will be plenty of breaks to get some rest. Adding an e-bike to your half-day cycling tour makes it even easier. The minimum height is 4’5”.

Opting for the full day option means more biking, which can be more strenuous even if you stay on beginner level trails. Your guide will determine your skill level and capabilities and cater the day to your specific abilities.

    • Here’s what you’ll need:

        • Comfortable riding or athletic clothing, preferably moisture wicking or synthetic material
        • Sneakers or sport shoes
        • Breathable outside layer or jacket
        • Sunglasses
        • Plenty of water, water bottle or hydration bladder
        • Daypack with snacks
        • Biking gloves are optional but recommended
        • Toiletries (sunscreen, hand sanitizer, bug spray, toilet paper, etc.)

Dress comfortably and for the weather in clothes you can move in. We suggest bringing clothing appropriate for the season. Layers are best and don’t wear jeans.

    • Group sizes and prices:

        • The maximum group size for these group cycling tours in Grand Teton is 10 cyclers for both half-day tours and full-day tours.
        • It takes a minimum of 2 people for the half-day tour to operate, and a minimum of 5 people for the full-day tour.
        • These are all group cycling tours, meaning that other people that booked for that day may join your time slot, but if you’d like to ensure your group is alone, you can book a private tour. Let us know during the booking process and we can help make arrangements.
        • The cost does not decrease as the group grows.

Cycling in the Grand Teton National Park can be arranged for bigger groups. Contact us prior to booking.

      Min. age requirements:

        • If you are older than 18, you’re good to go.

If your group has riders under the age of 18, contact us prior to booking to make arrangements.

    • To get to Jackson Hole, the starting point of your cycling tour, most people fly into Jackson Hole Airport (JAC). You can also fly into Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC), rent a car, and enjoy the scenic 5-hour drive to Jackson Hole.

Your guide will pick you up and drop you off at your accommodation in Jackson Hole. They have transportation to and from your adventure covered! If it turns out you are located too far away, your guides will contact you to determine a convenient meeting place.

    • We highly recommend that you cover all your bases with both emergency medical and travel insurance. With medical insurance, if you have an accident or medical emergency, you’ll avoid paying out of pocket for costly expenses. This covers everything from hospital treatments to emergency air transportation and more.

Travel insurance covers canceled flights, natural disasters and other scenarios that may interrupt your travel plans.

We also expect you to respect local regulations and take measures to protect yourselves, your guides, and the communities you’re traveling to.

If you need assistance selecting the right insurance for your group, let us know and we will be happy to help!
