  • Angel’s Landing is a rock formation and one of the most unique and spectacular hikes in Zion National Park. The trail will take us on a 5.4-mile journey through steep switchbacks, steep drop-offs on both sides, and an exposed spine, until we reach a narrow sandstone ridge with jaw-dropping views. Angel’s Landing is not for the faint of heart, as its exposed sections and holding onto a chain will make anyone weak in the knees. However, with a super experienced guide alongside you—who will not only make sure you feel confident walking along such sections, but will tell you all about Zion National Park, its history, and much more—you’ll be in good hands. You also won’t have to worry about your permit; your guides will obtain one for you as well. Discover the beauty of Zion by hiking the Angel’s Landing: the whole hike takes approximately 6-7 hours.

    • Anyone who hikes Angel’s Landing needs a permit. The park uses a lottery system for guides to allocate permits, so this tour isn’t available every day. Your guides have obtained permits for hiking this trail, with dates currently available until June. This means that you do not have to enter the lottery yourself.

    • To get to your Angel’s Landing guided tour, you first have to reach Zion National Park. Most people fly into Las Vegas Airport (LAS) or Salt Lake City (SLC). From there, you can either rent a car or take a shuttle service to reach Zion National Park—it will take you anywhere between 2.5 to 4 hours.

Once there, get on the Zion Canyon Shuttle—they leave every few minutes either from Zion Canyon Visitor Center or Temple of Sinawava. You’ll get off The Grotto Stop (number 6). This is the starting point for several trails, including the Angel’s Landing.

    • We highly recommend that you cover all your bases with both emergency medical and travel insurance.

With medical insurance, if you have an accident or medical emergency on or off the mountain, you’ll avoid paying out of pocket for costly expenses. This covers everything from hospital treatments to emergency air transportation and more. Travel insurance covers canceled flights, natural disasters and other scenarios that may interrupt your travel plans.

We also expect you to respect local regulations and take measures to protect yourselves, your guides, and the communities you’re traveling to. If you need assistance selecting the right insurance for your group, let us know and we will be happy to help!
