  • This all-women wellness retreat in Panama is a 9-day escape designed to balance movement, nature, and true downtime. We start in Panama City before heading to the Bocas del Toro archipelago, where a remote eco-lodge becomes our base for exploration and rest. Days flow between kayaking, snorkeling, jungle hikes, yoga sessions, and moments to simply slow down. With internal flights, meals, activities, and logistics all arranged, we can focus on being present, enjoying the surroundings, and making the most of this tropical reset—together.

    • Upon arrival in Panama City, you’ll meet the guides at Tocumen International Airport before being transferred to the hotel. In the evening, we gather for our first group meeting and get to know each other over a welcome dinner. It’s an easy start that sets the tone for the days ahead.

After settling in and enjoying a fresh, locally sourced lunch, we ease into island life with time to swim, relax, or explore the surrounding trails. By evening, we gather for a chef-prepared dinner that sets the tone for the days ahead.
