  • This all-women Verdon Canyon hiking tour takes us deep into Provence’s untamed beauty, blending nature, history, and adventure. Over 6 days, we’ll hike dramatic ridges, explore medieval villages, and spot majestic vultures soaring above the turquoise Sainte-Croix lake. Each day brings a new discovery: ghostly hilltop hamlets, hidden chapels, and botanical trails brimming with local flora. We’ll stay in a cozy hotel overlooking the canyon, savor Provençal meals, and enjoy the perfect balance of exploration and relaxation.

    • On Day 1, arrive at the Marseille Airport, and we’ll come pick you up and take you to our hotel in near La Palud at 4pm. Located just a 15-minute walk away from the village, the charming hotel—our base during these 6 days—has a heated swimming pool.

La Palud-sur-Verdon is a pretty, unspoilt village in the heart of the canyon. You can enjoy a stroll through the charming village streets and visit the Castle of La Palud, which is home to the Maison des Gorges du Verdon, an eco-museum dedicated to the gorges and their natural riches. At 6pm, we’ll all meet together at the hotel and have a welcome dinner.

If time and weather allow, we can continue our hike beneath the village, passing under the cliff of the Roches de Notre-Dame until we reach a chapel.

On the way, we’ll follow the botanical path of Tréguier and discover various plants of the area. At the Belvedere, on a rocky peak, we’ll take in the views of the Sainte-Croix lake, the valley, and the surrounding cliffs. After lunch, we’ll walk back to Moustiers.
