  • Bring your friends and family on an epic full-day adventure in Bryce Canyon with this 6-8 hour MTB tour! Experience some of Utah’s most amazing rides, such as the Thunder Mountain Trail and the Kodachrome Basin Full Loop. An experienced local guide will watch your back and make sure your ride goes by without a hitch. Both newbies and MTB masters are welcome here—there’s plenty of trails for any skill level!

    • 57hours is committed to providing safe outdoor adventure experiences. We require all guides using our platform to have a COVID-19 safety plan and to make the details of that plan accessible to travelers. In most cases, group sizes will be reduced, guides will avoid overcrowded locations, and other safety measures will be met depending on the location and activity.

We also expect clients to respect local regulations and take measures to protect themselves, their guides, and the communities they’re traveling to. For more information on COVID-19 measures in Bryce Canyon National Park, Utah, please refer to the Bryce Canyon National Park public health update and the official Utah COVID-19 updates website.

Please contact us if you have any questions or require further information. We are happy to provide you with the most up-to-date information!

    • What you get on this adventure:

        • An experienced MTB guide with extensive local knowledge of the area
        • Full day of biking
        • Trek full-suspension MTB and helmet
        • Transportation of bikes (and riders as needed) to the trailhead and back
        • Lunch

The option to upgrade to a pedal-assist E-mountain bike is available for $55.

      What’s not included:

        • Transportation
        • Accommodations

For an additional fee of $550, a professional photographer will accompany you and snap action photos of you on your adventure. You’ll receive a minimum of 100 high-resolution images via email link the day following your activity. The gallery doubles as a print shop and will come with a pre-designed album with the option to easily purchase printed photos and have them delivered to your home in 5 days. You will also receive a video guide on how to share and download your images indefinitely. You’ll have tangible memories that last a lifetime!

    • You will need to be able to bike between six and eight hours. After booking, your guide will determine the group’s skill level and capabilities and cater the day to your specific abilities. Keep in mind, biking for a full day is strenuous even if you stay on beginner-level trails.

    • As long as you pedal on two wheels, you can book this adventure. A guide will explain the different mountain bike techniques and body positions to get you feeling comfortable on the trail. You will progress at a level that is consistent with your comfort. Once you finally get the hang of trail riding, you will only want more!

    • Here’s what you’ll need:

        • Wear comfortable riding or athletic clothing, preferably moisture-wicking or synthetic material
        • Closed-toed or cycling-specific shoes
        • Breathable outside layer or jacket
        • Sunglasses
        • Plenty of water, water bottle, or hydration bladder
        • Daypack with snacks
        • Biking gloves are optional but recommended
        • Toiletries (sunscreen, hand sanitizer, bug spray, toilet paper, etc.)

Dress comfortably and for the weather in clothes you can move in. We suggest bringing clothing appropriate for the season. Layers are best and don’t wear jeans.

    • Group sizes and prices:

        • For this tour, the usual guest-to-guide ratio is 6:1.
        • It takes a minimum of 2 people for this tour to run.
        • Cost is per person and it doesn’t decrease as the group grows.

Mountain biking in Bryce Canyon can be arranged for bigger groups. Contact us prior to booking.

      Min. age requirements:

        • If you are older than 18, you’re good to go.
        • Children as young as 12 are able to go on trips with a legal guardian. That said, if you have a young rider strong enough to handle sustained climbs (either riding or walking their bike) of hundreds of feet, and rough terrain, then they may be able to participate on a case-by-case basis.

If your group has riders under the age of 18, contact us prior to booking to make arrangements.

    • To get to Bryce Canyon National Park, most people fly into the McCarran International Airport in Paradise, Nevada. From there, you can rent a car and go for a 4,5-hour drive to Bryce Canyon. You can also take a local flight to Cedar City and drive there.

Once you and your guide agree on the details of your itinerary, your guide will suggest the best place to meet, whether that’s at the guide shop or a predetermined location. The guide will choose the appropriate terrain dependent on conditions and the ability of the group.
