You arrive in Nova Levante, your base for the entire trip. After checking in (2 pm onwards), the rest of the day is yours to settle in, take in the fresh alpine air, and ease into the rhythm of the Dolomites. After a short bus ride, you take a cable car up to Rifugio Paolina (not included in the price) and step straight into high alpine terrain. Following the UNESCO Geo-Trail, you hike beneath dramatic rock walls toward Rifugio Rosengarten, then climb to Col de la Coronelle for sweeping views. The route continues across high passes and airy balcony trails before descending back to Rifugio Paolina. The day finishes on a softer note, descending through forest to Lago di Carezza, where emerald waters mirror the surrounding peaks. Take your time here before returning to your hotel by bus.

From here, the trail rolls through wide alpine meadows toward Plafötsch Alm, a traditional mountain hut surrounded by open views. The route then descends to San Cipriano before a final climb brings you back to Niger Pass. A private transfer returns you to your hotel, wrapping up a full and rewarding day in the mountains.
