Meet your pilot and trip manager at the heli-pad in Squamish for a scenic flight to your stunning base camp. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by awaiting guides and our chef. The adventure kicks off with an orientation and safety debrief, followed by initial coaching on granite slab riding. After checking gear and sorting out riding kits, the first group ride begins with a cardio-testing ascent to the summit ridge of Vintage Peak (6,234 feet / 1,900+ meters), offering spectacular views of the Coast Mountain Range. From the ridge, choose between several descent options based on guide-client ratios and experience levels. A 3.1-mile (5 km) traverse southward towards Lockie’s Table provides views of Powell Lake and Georgia Strait, followed by a descent down the ridgeline and a final traverse and ascent around the lower tarn back to base camp. End the day with a short, steep descent into the tarn behind base camp to ride features and hone technical slab riding skills. Enjoy refreshments, swimming, and amazing vistas. Wrap up with a refreshing dip in glacial water, a sauna session, and a three-course fireside meal, complemented by stargazing. Overnight in premium domes with cozy cots and stoves.
