Over 6 days, we’ll climb stunning limestone cliffs with AMGA-certified guides, practice yoga or AcroYoga, slackline with expert instructors, and embrace the ocean with surfing or kitesurfing lessons. We'll stay in a shared house with a welcoming community of like-minded adventurers, and a professional photographer will capture every moment. As the year turns, we’ll join an intention-setting ceremony and cleansing ritual to start fresh. Whether you're an experienced climber or a complete beginner, this retreat offers the perfect balance of excitement and relaxation in a breathtaking setting.

We’ll mix and match activities every exciting day, from exploring some of the great limestone crags, swimming in the warm turquoise waters, surfing and practicing yoga to learning to give and receive Thai massage. We’ll relax and rejuvenate on this vibrant and colorful island.

If you can climb a ladder, you’re good to go. Being in good shape is always a plus but far from necessary. Rock climbing is all about using good movement technique rather than muscling up a cliff using brute strength.
The waves in Puerto Rico are ideal for first-time surfers. A surf instructor will teach you how to be safe, have fun and work toward standing up on your board. It’s all worth a bit of practice, we promise!
To ensure you have a fun retreat, your guide will choose routes and locations that best suit your skill and fitness level.

Puerto Rico has plenty of options for beginner climbers. Whether you’ve never climbed before or are transitioning from the gym to outdoor climbing, your guide will customize the day to suit your skill level and objectives. With a guide by your side, you’ll learn something new, stay safe on the rocks, and most importantly, have fun!
For intermediate to advanced climbers, Puerto Rico has loads of routes to spend the day on. Your guide will discuss your objectives and customize the day to your goals. Let your guide plan the day so you can focus on developing your skills while climbing the classic routes or best hidden gems the area has to offer.

Here’s a list of the equipment you need to bring:

- Day pack large enough to carry all the items listed (around a 40L bag)

- Climbing hardware (quickdraws, cam devices, stoppers, etc.)

You can rent the following items from your guide (let us know before booking if interested):

Dress comfortably and for the weather in clothes you can move in. We suggest bringing clothing appropriate for the season. Layers are best and don’t wear jeans.

- For this group adventure, the max client to guide ratio is 6:1.
- It takes a minimum of 4 people for this tour to operate.
- Costs per person doesn’t decrease as the group grows.
Climbing retreats in Puerto Rico can be arranged for bigger/private groups. Contact us prior to booking.
Min. age requirements:

- If you are older than 18, you’re good to go.
- Minors younger than 18 may be permitted to climb on a case-by-case basis, but must be in the presence of a parent or legal guardian.

To get to Puerto Rico, most people fly into Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) in San Juan. Once you get there, you can rent a car or take a shuttle to your accommodation. Your guide will provide more information about the meeting point after booking.
